Well, seeing how it's just a picture of a lion doing nothing, people could assume the trope is about actual lions.
So yeah, it's harming the page, if even a little.
Unless someone thinks actual lions wear bows in their hair and look strikingly like a human in makeup, no, nobody will assume that.
