I feel like the mention that Watchdog Man can detect monsters with his nose, means that we won't get a decisive fight between WDM and Garou. Garou is no monster, no matter how much he keeps insisting.
You know a One Punch Man Anime (Spoiler-Free) thread would save you all a lot of typing.

...so where is the plot currently?
Saitama enters a tournament in disguise to meet Garou, unaware that he already met him, and Garou goes into the middle of a monster attack and fights Metal Bat, and Metal Bat fights the giant centipede monster, and after they somehow killed that some other villains attacked.
Clearly I've been following this every month.

Metal Bat is down; his sister saved him from Garou because he can't bring himself to kill a little girl like a real monster can. Meanwhile, all heroes in the martial arts competition are getting pwned by the martial artists - except Saitama, who's one-shotting everyone as usual -, Genos got called to help the heroes with the monsters (which are curbstomping pretty much everyone who's not a S-Class) and loses some limbs as usual. And, finally, every S-Class still standing is seeing some action, being badass and kicking serious ass - except King... for now.
... And that's called jazz!

Also the centipede is still alive. It got called to retreat when the other monsters got what they came for.
It's bad but... I kind of don't care abotu the other heroes.
Sweet Mask, Metal Bat, Genos, Licenseless Rider, Tatsumaki, and Blizzard. And Watchdog Man. I want to know what Watchdog Man does. But they keep showing C-Classers like Sneck and that fencing guy. I don't care about them. I want to know what Watchdog Man does.

Are you familiar with Kamen Rider Amazon? That's basically what he does.
I've never watched Kamen Rider but I know Handsome Rob never shuts up about it. I've never been a fan of "sentai-style" heroes like the... Super Sentai, Power Rangers, etc.
Kamen Rider is the one where they're Power Rangers with motorcycles. Or I guess Power Rangers are the Kamen Riders with giant robots instead of motorcycles.

Dude.....It's true I talk a lot about it.
Since the Riders came first, yeah, I suppose the Rangers are Kamen Riders with Robots.
I actually kinda agree with you about wanting to see Watchdog Man in proper action. I think there was a chapter where he was shown actually fighting (either that or the aftermath of one of his fights) and it ended with Garou deciding to attack him.
That last bit likely won't go well.

No offense intended of course, I just know somebody kept bringing it up in the Death Battle thread and your name came to mind. 
Webcomic spoiler: what really surprised me about Pig-God was how dedicated he is to his duty as a hero, seeing as how he escapes the hospital he's in after Saitama takes down Garou and makes sure that there aren't any more monsters in the area. Normally in manga people with Pig-God's appearance tend to be assholes.
