Added Oct 27 by Tiny Ted Danson, with this edit reason: "Added image from Burn After Reading: character does something that breaks him, resulting in abnormal behavior, short temper and obsessive carrot slicing, invoking this trope." However, I agree that nothing in this image illustrates the trope at hand.
Also, while looking through the history, I found that the below was added back on January 21 of 2011, and immediately removed the next edit, no IPD. I don't think it's necessarily worth bringing back, but I'm noting it all the same.
