Definitely. I think it was a gradual change, since I didn't notice it so much. There's still some toxicity, but it's mostly related to politics or homophobia or either of those being inserted into places.

I remember back in the day it was pointless to go there, because it was nothing but people spewing vile irrelevant idiocy. Nowadays people actually seem to behave themselves and even comment on the videos.
