Ozwell sounds fine, it doesn't have to be all symbolic, and it's close enough to an actual last name (Oswell)

So my character is a typical mage, however he's of the "Cute" category when it comes to the 5 Races. https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/FiveRaces
As such, his last name must: Be cute to reflect his short stature. Be somewhat respectable/admirable to reflect his class. (Mage) Work well with the name Rei (That's his first name)

(The respect comes from "Oz" referencing the Great and Powerful OZ)
Using the "kin" or "spell" as a pre-fix or suffix is encouraged.
