What is that?
It looks like a device that does something at an amazing speed, or magically. With the title and the word "Us!" it's sort of possible to infer the trope, in a very literal sense.
Not bad enough to pull, but I'd prefer a decent replacement.

I can't think of anything that's using it.
Actually, it's used at Wartime Cartoon... which makes me wonder since it's a comic book.
Maybe we should fix that one too? I'll make a thread about it.
I support that switch.
Check out my fanfiction!Give input on the other thread as well to start the switch
I object to that switch. (See other thread.)
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I much prefer the Superman pic for this page.
It seems like that would be pretty much only a visual pun.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. It fits the trope wholly though (comic being used for war propaganda).
If we can get other "buy war bands" comic book covers though...
Ah, yeah, if it's the whole cover.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I've seen some but they aren't succinct. Compare Supes running a printing press to this◊. The Supes printing press works because it's both literal (he is running a propaganda machine!) and meta (the comic itself is a form of propaganda machine). Maybe if Bats is running a press work too...
So now that the Superman image in Wartime Cartoon, can we use it here?
I'd prefer the entire cover, but that's good, too.

Prefer the entire cover. If it's just an image, then that's only a Visual Pun. If it's the whole cover, it's a VP and a demonstration of the actual trope.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I'm okay with either, really.
Check out my fanfiction! That seems a little fuzzy...any better?
Yep.
Check out my fanfiction!Much better, yes.
Works for me.
It does not matter who I am. What matters is, who will you become? - motto of Omsk BirdSince rodney's already 'd using the entire cover, one or two more votes for it and we can send it to press.
Nope.
Doesn't Superdickery have a worthy one? It has Supes running a printing press.
