Bounty hunters of the apocalypse discussion

Work, chores, distractions, and lack of sleep conspired against me the last two days, leaving me in a state that I can best describe as if the days themselves kicked my ass. Well, and it would still be nice if Eachiunn would get to posting. (He keeps saying he will on skype but it's now been two weeks since I've been able to post for the NCC. I'm about ready to start asking Atomic to post for Israfel without him.)

But, I am now done with work for the rest of the week and feeling rested up, and for the moment have no distractions, so I'm gonna start working on a post for Chiquita, Red, and Earl shortly. That should be up in a while.

Heads up that I am planning on posting tonight; just not yet, as I have some writer's block and a number of other things I want to get done, (Including posting in another RP that I haven't for some time.) along with just kinda giving a bit more time for other people to get posts in. If I actually don't end up posting tonight, I will do my best to post early tomorrow.

But in the meantime, another reason I'm posting is that this seemed a good time to bring up my schedule for next week: Normal work shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday, then RPG night with friends on Friday.

I'll put up a post soon.

Whoops, big writer's block after work led to big distractions; that's my bad guys. I no longer really have time tonight, but I'll see about getting up a post after work tomorrow, hopefully before getting distracted too badly.

RPG night with friends ended up going later than expected tonight, and I'm currently struck with that weird selective writer's block. So sorry guys but I don't think I'll be getting a main post in here tonight.

I will see about posting after I get back from work tomorrow.

Short post is short because I don't feel like delaying again but only had Fantasy and Gameknight to respond to.

Also, while I'm here, this is a good time for me to bring up my schedule for this week: Work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, all normal shifts. As for RPG nights with friends, I don't actually know yet. Last Friday was the finale of that particular campaign; (Which is why it went longer than normal.) One of my other friends is going to start up another RPG, but if that's starting this week or even if it's going to be on Fridays are all unknown to me currently.

Is Gunslinger retarded?

He didn't get onto the scene immediately, he only just started observing. He has no idea what kind of information she's asking for. His ears are muffled, so he couldn't hear the conversation until he got close (hence the Jeff/Counter remark). He just saw Sophia being threatened and stepped in.

EDIT: Oh, I missed that sentence. Whoops. Oh well. Can I rewrite or do I just roll with it?

He has to have heard pretty much the entirety of the conversation from at least this post and onwards; otherwise he wouldn't have been able to make the comment about Jeff and Counter in the first place as they weren't mentioned specifically after that until Gunslinger said their names.

That means he has to know that the guard was asking Jacob about the succubus, and thus it should be as obvious as the pain in Gunslinger's leg what the guard was demanding information from him about.

Besides, that's missing the point; he just got shot in the leg for giving a smart-alec response. His immediate next move is to make another smart-alec comment, to the same person who just shot him for doing so? What the hell does he expect to happen?

Yeah, due to me fucking up, I missed the part where she asked for the succubus. As a result, I played him like he had no idea what the question was and was asking for clarification. So when she just started asking for something, he was a little confused.

Also, I'd need to blank my latest post. My second-latest post would need to be re-written.

I didn't think Gunslinger could have said anything worse than the smart-alec comment without just throwing insults at the guards. I was wrong.

Yeah, nmam - we'll miss you. Hope everything's all right. With this distraction with the guards, at least Emerson will have time to catch up with everybody.

Probably won't be post tonight; mostly due to selective writer's block, but it also wouldn't hurt to give Gameknight and Eachiunn more time to post. While I'm here though and thinking about it, my schedule for next week:

Normal shifts on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. Still no concrete RPG night plans as of yet.

EDIT: Oh yeah, also wanted to let you guys know that since we're down to... Five active players currently, (Though I'd consider some of you added together to only count for one, so more like four active players.) I'll probably be raising the player character limit to 3 in the near future.

I know this is probably the worst time for it, but I'm gonna come out and say it anyway.

I think I'll be taking an extended break from this RP. Finals are coming up, and I have another project that sprang up that needs my attention. I'm not sure when I'll be back, or even if I ever will be back. Sorry to leave you hanging like this, but honestly I think it's for the best.

Ah, that's okay I understand. Real life still takes priority. Good luck with your finals!

Given current events in the RP, it seems like the easiest way to work Gunslinger out would be for him to just slip away and leave since two members of the party have said they're going to beat him up and third has said they're going to kill him. Then in the future if/when you return we can work out his return if you still wanted to play as him.

Also, I hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving!
