Right, I'm only about halfway through episode 3 and I already hate Mine. Worst character in the show, bar none.

Mine never really became likable to me either. Her appeal for me is in subverting a certain thing that's a spoiler.

I would also like to say that the dub...isn't very good, at all. Like the voices themselves are fine I guess, but the acting on certain lines just feels so stiff, as if you can tell the actors are just reading off a script. Is this a common thing for Sentai dubs?

Sentai is weird. Sometimes the dubs are totally serviceable and good. Sometimes, they're very stilted...other times..

The spoilers suggest Akame wants Wave to join Night Raid...WHY? So we can redeem all the villains left besides the prime minister!!!

If it makes you feel any better, it looks like he declines, most likely because of Kurome.

Hey, on the bright side, it looks like Akame finally forced Wave to face the fact that Empire is a pile of shit. At least that what I got from the raws.

It took them 62 chapters for them to actually just talk about things. Fuck lol

He should realize the empire is messed up, but it's not impossible for him to reform the country once this is over his own way not just kill the higher ups and let someone else handle the cleanup...

I should also point that joining Night Raid would be spitting on the lives of his dead comrades. Bols who was a good friend to him was killed by them. And while he was never too close to Seryu or Dr Stylish (Because he noticed Seryu was crazy and because Stylish died so quickly.) he still did not desire their deaths.

They also killed Budo who Wave did respect.

Yea...but that still doesn't change the fact that the government he's working for is fucking terrible. Only thing he's doing is ensuring things will get worse.

Wave seriously needs a strategy if he plans on reforming the government, because right now nothing is getting done.

Do like Budo was going to do and remove Honest. That would ensure a ton of stuff would get fixed.

I wouldn't mind Wave joining Night Raid but I understand the argument against it.
