We never found out who was Vigilante, and Raglan never returned.

Vigilante was confirmed to be revealed next season. As for Ragman, well, guess that sucked, but mayb he will return too.

If Boomerang is dead, that could mean we'll get Owen Mercer now.

I am sure most of the team is alive and well. Probably went to the bunker. The question is Slade going to be back and if the cockroach Malcolm lived or not.

Considering the Torchwood reboot I doubt Barrowman will be back.

Really? Well that's pretty awesome.

Well, ok, if you think Torchwood sucks, it's not so awesome, but now we get to see Jack alongside a new Doctor potentially.

[awesome]*shakes head* Arrow, Arrow, Arrow. How dare you?! Who told you it was okay to deliver arguably your best finale ever and blow the Flash completely out of the water? When was this okay? I did not give you permission.

Seriously, this episode was PERFECT. Absolutely amazing. This show has been great this entire season, but I was worried that it wouldn't stick the landing. But it didn't just land; it absolutely crushed it angelically. I haven't seen such a great comeback season since The Legend of Korra: Book Three.

Slade? Awesome. Nyssa? Awesome. Canary vs. Siren? Awesome. Adrian Chase? Oliver's character development? Astounding. Take notes Barry Allen, this is what I need from you in the Fall come season 4.

Also, Adrian Chase gets the award for the PETTIEST VILLIAN EVER. Every interaction he had with Oliver was like watching a father arguing with his rebellious teenage son constantly trying to get his attention. He was such a great villain, but I'm kind of glad he's dead. However, I'm still wondering who survived the Lian Yu explosion. I would like everyone to make it out alive because this episode reminded me how many wonderful characters it has, but I doubt the show will allow all of them to live.

[up]Sidenote: I have yet to watch Torchwood or Doctor Who. Which one should I watch first?

[up] Probably should at least get through Ten's run on Doctor Who before starting Torchwood.

Technically, you should start with Nine (that's when Jack is introduced).

Then do series two (including the Christmas Special).

Start Torchwood Series 1 up to the finale.

Watch Doctor Who Series 3 (again starting with the Christmas Special) up to just before the episode Utopia.

Watch the Season Finale of Torchwood.

Then start watching the last three episodes of Doctor Who Series 3.

After that, watch Series 2 of Torchwood, then Doctor Who Series 4.

Everything else, you should be good to look at your leisure.

You don't have to do all this, but I think it'll give you the best context of how everything connects.

Most of the people on the island when it blew up are confirmed as series regulars for Season 6, so unless they actually do that thing where the next five seasons have flashbacks to the first five seasons . . .

I was half expecting Vigilante to be the one to kill Adrian Chase, since it'd be so out of nowhere and since he or she will be playing a larger role next season. Both Evelyn and Black Siren were kinda annoying, black siren more because she could've easily just left Chase numerous times but for some reason she felt like she "owed" him. She should have been more of a wild card. Evelyn was just kinda there, and I wasn't buying her motivation for helping Chase anymore. I hope she's gone next season.

[up]4x and [up]5x Got it. Thanks.[tup]

[up][up]I'm gonna be honest...I think this show should end in Season 6 or 7. Not saying the show has run its course necessarily, but there's only so much the show can do at this point before it gets stale. IT should just go out on a high note and some of the characters going on some of the other Arrowverse shows.

Also, I'm rewatching the pilot right now and woooooow, this show has come far. Oliver Queen has grown significantly, from a sympathetic, douchebag vigilante to a very righteous, loving hero. I gotta say, I forgot how annoying Tommy and Thea were. Seriously, I...kind of don't miss Tommy now. Laurel was okay, though. Even now, I still don't get the hate for her back then. And Diggle...OMG, he was sassy.

Also, Oliver used to narrate. Interesting.

Evelyn is utterly baffling. There's literally no reason for her to be so loyal to Chase. It just seems she's just evil because she can.

Yeah, her character is just so vague.

She's probably the weakest part of the otherwise excellent finale.

I choose to believe Stephen Amell's appearance on Celebrity American Ninja Warrior is canon somehow.

[up][up][up]

I mean, if she was angry that Ollie turned out to be the Hood and a murder, that would have been ok, but then she really shouldn't have kept working with him once he showed he was willing to kill a fuck load of innocent people just to break Oliver's will.

At least Ollie avoided that as much as possible. They somewhat had something with her earlier claim of this city needs to be saved from you! (if you ignore that Prometheus had already killed innocent people before then), but after Chase went farther and farther (and much farther than Ollie ever did), it fell apart.

Now, it seems like she's just in it to fuck with Oliver. She makes no sense.

[up][up][up] Logistical failings that benefit Chase the more you look at them? Perish the thought!

Evelyn, Black Siren, and Captain Boomerang are symptoms of the issues I have with Chase. Talia gets a pass, she's pretty much the lynchpin to anything that does make sense for Chase to know. I just wish I knew how the hell the two met.

Which, real quick, how the hell did Chase know to recruit Boomerang and also know it's best to avoid Slade, someone who already had their own vendetta? How did he learn that? Where did he get his information?

I've maintained that Chase is a Villain Sue, though I'll say it's not in fighting. It's the Marty Tzu variant when it comes to planning and obtaining things when you actually question the "how".

We know Chase had at least one person inside Argus who was giving him intel (the guy that Felicity's hacker friend killed with an elevator) so info on the Lian Yu prison probably came from there.

Info that the prison exists doesn't bother me. I am curious how he got an insider, but whatever. It's how did he know precisely to recruit Boomerang and not Slade. How did he know to avoid Slade?

On top of the many other "hows" I have.

Chase does have some good plans and setup, like that using himself as the trigger thing. It's just that they rely on things that go unexplained, like how did he find William when not even someone like Felicity can?

Finally got to watch Lian Yu without any interruptions at the beginning and the end. Really enjoyed that episode! Great finale and my complaints aside, everything it did right and well far outweigh the problems I have with Chase.

I'd imagine that, if they're keeping Slade prisoner, Argus would also have a psychological profile on him, at least something about the effects of Mirakuru.
