So... why are selfie sticks banned? Any practical reason, or is it just because kids today?

my mother's from Freeport, and I just spent the last two years hovering around fort worth. been as far south as Killeen and as far north as sanger. food was good. weather was schizophrenic. learned a lot more about the freemasons than I expected to. EDIT: for the record, I'm from Washington state. mother moved here when she was thirteen. they promised her a horse. she still has yet to get that horse.
