I watched those trailers (first link don't work btw) and I love it.
I cant wait to watch more. And I speak it as fan of both Trylogies, both CW series, and both RC and FG parodies.
Should be fixed, now.
I have no idea what to say about this. Seriously. I'm still trying to figure out positives and negatives.
I liked the Matte Painting gag, but otherwise this is falling into DO NOT WANT territory.
If you wanted money from animation George, just do DC Universe Original Animated Movie type things with various EU stories.
This wasn't George's idea. It's Seth Green's baby. It's basically Robot Chicken Star Wars for kids.
And it's definitely not canon, or even pretending to be, so it's the sort of thing that I could probably just sit back and enjoy. When it comes to Star Wars, Seth knows what he's talking about. My interest in the EU actually partially stems from hearing him talk to Jimmy Fallon about Robot Chicken Star Wars, and explaining why he picked Bossk to build a sketch around.
Looks cute. I'll probably watch an episode or two.
Loved the Queen Amidala gag.
Looking for some stories?That... was actually funny! Oo (I'm not much of a Seth Green fan.)
Pretty well animated, too.
It looks amusing, but that 'Detours' scream is a pain to listen to. >_<
-reads premise-
Oooh, I like!
-watches trailer-
>.<
Terrible CGI and 85% of the jokes were cringe-worthy. I'm not even a big Star Wars fan, but this seems like something I'd really dig if it were actually well made. Liked that it included a Wilhelm Scream at least.
Emperor Wu liked cake, but not exploding cake! The dance party bit at the end lowered what enthusiasm I had.
What's the chef's name again?
His description of Amidala was the diamond in the rough. Nowhere near saved the rest of the trailer, but it in addition to a couple other gags (at least one of them also involving him) were actually not that bad, if not pretty funny.
The rest was cringe-worthy, though.
"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Dexter Jetter, I think.
[Checks]
I was close - it's Dexter Jettster. Missed it by that much.
What CW series?
Oh the Clone Wars, not the channel.

Remember a while ago when Seth Green announced that he was working on a Star Wars comedy series?
Here's a trailer.
Overall...it was alright. Not great, but it got a couple laughs out of me. My favourites were Ackbar trying to figure out his catchphrase, "It's a matte painting!", "Bad judgement in just about every area of her life, except for politics", "Am not!" "Are too!" *bee boop* "No one is talking to you, trash can!", "That joke was hilarious, and you all liked it", and Han putting on an Indy hat.
Here are a couple more clips.
As on Robot Chicken, Seth MacFarlane is the voice of the Emperor. Joel McHale and Jennifer Hale will have roles on the show. Leia is voiced by Catherine Taber, who does Padme's voice on The Clone Wars series.
Anthony Daniels and Ahmed Best are, of course, back as C-3PO and Jar Jar Binks. As is, in a surprise announcement, Billy Dee Williams as Lando.
Other cast members are Zachary Levi as Grand Moff Tarkin's son, Biff, Breckin Myer and Donald Faison as two recurring Stormtroopers, and Seth Green himself as Salacious Crumb. Dee Bradley Baker also shows up as multiple roles. Other cast members whose characters haven't been revealed are Abraham Benrubi, Cree Summers, Nat Faxon, Felicia Day, and Weird Al Yankovic.
Whew. Thoughts?
