Friendship is Witchcraft

I felt this was a very mediocre episode. Aside from some really funny Diamond Tiara jokes and "Apple Bloom goes grave-robbing, written by Megan McCarthy, it felt weak by FIW standards.

I found this much funnier, at least relative to video length:

For some reason I found Scootaloo to be hilarious in this episode. I'm not sure why.

EDIT: This episode had pacing and delivery problems, but I still liked it a lot.

The whole Snowdrop parody was just overdone. Also, CMC, what the hell, talk about Disproportionate Retribution. You know things are getting dark(er) if one moral character in the series starts losing it as well.

Talk about eye candy.

It's the crazy awesome fan stuff like this that helps me hold out till November. Love Friendship is Witchcraft. Even the new one, though it IS dark. Of course, so was Foaly Matripony, but I won't be rewatching that one much (except "It'll be OK, up to the "It's not... Creepy!" part) I will rewatch episode 9, but the silver spoon stuff was the best part of the episode.

I can't the melody out of my head!

The first part of the last episode of Friendship is Witchcraft, "Horse Women", has come out. For those who didn't like the dark humor of the previous episodes, there's none of that in this video that I noticed, and there isn't even much insulting of Equestria Girls, besides some lines from Twilight about how much better going to high school is than being a princess. I found the video pretty funny. Incidentally, I found the song at the end more catchy than the equivalent one in the actual movie.

I'm just thinking, how is meeting Fluttershy and Sunset Shimmer going to go when Twilight Sparkle and Fluttershy are the most evil characters now?

By the way, I didn't know there was an Episode 9 until now because I didn't know where to go looking for episodes.
