Huh.
So what does Star Wars have to do with this?
The aesthetics are mighty similar to the old X-Wing games. Minus the neon.
Never heard of the classic vector graphic rail shooter Star Wars games huh?
Jonah FalconYup, never heard of those, still doesn't explain why term "Star Wars fans" would refer to fans of those games
Oh yeah. There's those. I don't think I was around at that time.
To all their own, I guess.
Personally, this reminds me more of Tron obviously due to the art design, and G-Police because of the whole concept of fighting enemies in a futuristic city with an agile gunship whose shields constantly run low.
The game definately looks promising, but how the hell are we gonna control that sucker with only the Keyboard+mouse setup?!

Never played Descent huh?
Jonah Falcon@JAF I used a joystick back then.
So will this actually be six degrees of movement or will the game be Railed?

Apocalypse: Dirge Of Swans.Or even with this game, if it's a rail shooter?
I'm not able to see the video, so I don't know anything I could learn from that.

People aren't as awful as the internet makes them out to be.Ok, you definately need to watch the trailer, then you'll understand Jonah's analogy.
^He couldn't see it, so he would have understood the analogy if Jonah actually took the time to write things here instead of dumping links to his articles on Game Journalism Site #5543.

"Hipsters: the most dangerous gang in the US." - Pacific MackerelHe does bring a lot of interesting titles to our attention before anyone else does. If other posters are finding out earlier they need to be braver about posting them ASAP.
I'd prefer style of presentation over punctuality.
