There's Ra's al Ghul, the Rose and the Kingpin, the Joker and Arcade, the Weeper, Hector Hammond, AIM, HYDRA and the Red Skull........

Maybe an equally stupid wannabe villain puts on a dog costume and calls himself K-9, ignorant of the fact that there's already a K-9, and that he's unintentionally making him a Legacy Character.

^Edit: Something like that actually happened to the flash one time. A group of guys stole some weapons and armor from a low level Flash villian after he died.

Damn. He's still going in the Crime Bible.

Definite contenders for the newest Crime Bible entries: Joker, Man-Bat, Harleen Quinzel, all the dudes that attacked Iron Man, Anarky, Weeper, Music Meister, Klarion the Witch Boy, K-9, and a few other guys I'm obviously forgetting. Pretty much everyone who has fought the Justice Avengers up to this point and lost.

The Rose would be a good contender for a new villain. All of the other Mafia themed bad guys are gone except him.

They are in Hubb City... sitting on their asses, apparently, since the crime War never got resolved. <_<

Technically, only the Owl is definitely out of commission. The Big Man is MIA and could turn up later, while Silvermane is played by Sharknado over in Hub City. Plus, concerning the Rose, I do have a storyline involving him I talked with Liz about concerning a certain........piece of jewelry......

Only reason Hub City's lagging is because the previous GM quit and the next prospective GM after him decided not to take up the position without doing anything.

Aaaaaah Sijo sorry I was at a larp, should have left a message. Gram as a blade is apparently "A sword of ancient magic, bathed in Dragon's Blood, a sword of truth. To suffered the blade is to suffer all the truths you deny yourself" - so I guess keep that in mind? It tends to unshackle people from mental influence too so if Black Dwarf is in some kind of thrall to Thanos maybe that'd be knocked out
