Actually the movie's only spoiler referenced in AoS was that Fury had a hidden Helicarrier. Oh and the Avengers won, but Duh.
About the whole worthiness thing, I call shenanigans, it should have been Cap and not Vision who could lift it. But I guess they needed some handwave to get the Avengers to trust him.

I think there's a combination of factors behind, namely that JARVIS was programmed to be Stark's shoulder angel and impromtu mentor to keep his personality in check now being extended to all of humanity; the fact that, despite being less than an hour old and already have a philosophical and positive view of humanity and it not being marred by a lot of life experiences; and his intelligence boosted by the Mind Infinity Gem and NOT planning on using it for selfish reasons.
Also, I think the Cap wasn't chosen because he's suffering from the inability to find peace in non-combat situations for very long, still clings to his past and plagued by thoughts of "what-if", and his loss of idealism though Winter Soldier and SHIELD being dissolved.
DAMMIT MARK, STOP HOTTING HELPY!!So, is Booster free?
My various fanfics. My personal theory (that I stole from one of my friends) is that Captain America really could lift the hammer - hence the wiggling but he chose not to so as to spare their feelings. After all - how would you feel if you and all your friends weren't worthy but one of you was?
I think emotional hangups is the more likely major reason.
DAMMIT MARK, STOP HOTTING HELPY!!Well, this version of Mjolnir I built has some different criteria.
Hey there, people! Nice to meet you all. I hope to play Deadpool in the Justice Avengers RP and to make it good.
So, about avengers...I don't think the captain america would like to be compared to a god. What you do by implying he could make it? It would probably make him ashamed of you xD
But then there is the other way of seeing things, the "asshole" way, in wich people who doesn't act like they are assholes are just hipocritical, self-righteous assholes who like to see themselves doing better stuff than the honest ones. Then the cap would fit right in. Go figure.
Welcome Kyef. Hope you enjoy yourself. As a general rule, though, you should use spoiler tags when discussing something from a recent movie - especailly one about superheroes. But no worries.
Also, Cap was able to lift the hammer in the comics. And being able to lift a hammer doesn't neccessarily make you a god. Just look at Beta Ray Bill.
Welcome Kyef!
Forgiveness is beyond justice, faith is superior than hope, redemption is better than perfection and love is greater than them all.Is Wolverine right, is the power source just ripped off Stark Tech?
Steel would recognize that.
I'm an open GM. Flip a coin.
My various fanfics.Produced my a similar vein of research that eventually came to the same effect but by different methods.
Welcome Kief! And I agree with the theory that Cap just didn't want to lift the hammer for some reason. Also, there's different standards of worthiness, remember that it was Odin who enchanted the hammer, so its his terms that rule here.
Re the Adaptoid: In the comics it wasn't Stark tech, I see no reason it has to be so here. Is every robot going to be Stark tech now?
He is indeed. The bit with him struggling and his colours changing was intended to be the cue (Not to sound rude, but I wasn't sure how to be clearer than that). I meant to ask if you wanted control back of him.

Oh, I wasn't sure if you were gonna make one last post with him actually switching over or if that was up to my interpretation. >.>
My various fanfics.Would you like me to add another bit like that in my next post, or would you prefer to handle it from here?
Thanks for the welcoming!
So, can I join in when I please?
I'm eager to participate, but I'll wait until there is an opportunity for an appropriate entering for Deadpool.
Also, about the cap, I never mentioned what he was discussed to do or not. Some hulks did it aswell. There are no spoiler markers out of forums, I'm used to hide them within my writing xD
But since we're talking movies, please reciprocate my linking for Mad Max: Road of Fury.
Kief: You can join in anytime, depending on events of course. Which of the three games are you joining? In any case here's a quick list to help you decide:
New York: The heroes are currently split up. One team is fighting Mister Negative and his goons at the Ravencroft Institute; another is fighting shadow-monster Ian Karkull; and yet another has gone back in time to World War II to keep a demonic Raven from taking the Spear of Destiny from the Nazis.
Jump City: The JA West are dealing with AIM and their business partner, Justin Hammer.
Hub City: the city is shaken by a literal War for the title of Crime Lord. ARGUS, Spiral, Morgan Le Fay, and Vandal Savage are involved, as are crime boses such as Silvermane and Batman Villains like Two-Face. (Honestly, I think Deadpool fits this setting best.)

@sijo You listed Hub City twice lol. Think he posted his sign up on the New York sign up page.
Well, I signed up for new York but I can enter in any setting according to players and more importantly the GM's discretion. Why do you think Hub city would fit better for my char than NY?
I am merely an agent of 'random'. Because you know, the order is only inside our minds. Out here, there is only Chaos. No doubt because Hub City is the grittier game for anti-heroes and villain protagonists.
I've no qualm with you switching over, Kyef. But if you do, then I'd like you to copy and paste your sheet into the appropriate sign-up thread. Makes it simpler to keep track of the characters.
Huh. Maybe I'll put Deadpool there and ask for a spiderman signup on the original, then. I want to play him a while ago, and then I can be silly with DP and take my sarcasm Up To Eleven with spidey.
I am merely an agent of 'random'. Because you know, the order is only inside our minds. Out here, there is only Chaos. Here's the link to the Hub City signup thread. A Deadpool here, a Spidey there, and we'll be good to go. Incidentally, as I mentioned, the NPC Spider-Man's currently got the Symbiote suit on him. You fine with keeping it like that, or should we say he's managed to rid himself of it?
Just saw Age of Ultron today. Thought it was a truly fantastic movies, full of unexpected character intros and plot twists, and Ultron himself proved to be a truly spectacular villain! Though it was not as good as the first one, mostly because I came in expecting the whole thing to be unimaginatively awesome so it took away from the surprise a bit, and I mostly watchd it so I could watch the last few episodes of Agents of SHIELD without spoilers.
Also, crazy idea for the RP inspired by what was probably the most mind-blowing scene in the whole movie! People outside of Thor who can actually wield Mjolnir and thus deemed "worthy".
