As of now, I'm trying to give everyone something to do before we timeskip to the next in-game day, and by then we'll hopefully have found a GM suitable for the job...

Wow I can't believe I just wrote that .

Well, folks, I did it. I took a randomly selected batch of our heroes and villains, and had them randomly kill each other off. Obviously, it's not something that could ever happen in the game (one character in particular acted RADICALLY different), but in the event that anyone's interested, here's who was selected for the Reaping.

Wow, three of my characters made it? If any, I expected the more scheming Anarky to be the one. Out of curiosity, who was the character who was " really out of character?"

@Strato: It's OK. I'm still working on what Anarky's next move will be.

@RPG: That read like something out of "Twilight". JUST KIDDING! It was well done, and Le Fay and Savage do seem to have good chemistry- for villains.

Sijo: What if I told you that Mary Marvel had far and away the highest killcount? She was just a goddamn murder machine; I was shocked.

Arnold Wesker, on the other hand, cried himself to sleep at least once. Seems pretty in-character there.

Hey, can someone give me a heads-up when Hub City timeskips? I know I've kinda been absent from all three games lately and I'm trying to get back into them. I'd like to start by having Lobo return to do Lobo things.

Ambush Bug's alive? Makes sense. I can see Arnold Wesker crying himself to sleep. Another person probably used Scarface for firewood. May I please see the whole thing?

I would also like to see it, curious what Two Face's reaction to Arnold's crying was lol

I was checking the New Marvel Secret Wars stuff on Wikipedia, and there were a couple of surprises:

-They are wiping away their ENTIRE multiverse, not just Ultimate Marvel. It's basically a big rip off of DC's Crisis on Infinite Earths, but hey, that was 30 years ago, I guess it's fair by now. I feel it's unnecessary, but whatever.

-Turns out that The New Avengers destroyed several universes themselves? THE HELL? I get that they were doing it so they could slow the destruction coming to Earth-616 (main Marvel U) but STILL! DC's heroes didn't do that!

-They will actually resurrect a LOT of comics during the event (temporarily) from famous series like Civil War to extremely obscure ones like Weirdworld! (yes Strato I remember that one- never read it myself thought!)

Overall, while I'm still nervous about the whole thing -I don't think the Marvel Universe needs a reboot- I must admit I'm impressed. It sounds like they are really planning this well, and paying homage to Marvel's 75 years of history. Which makes me cautiously optimistic their new universe will be a cool one.

I wouldn't mind waiting a little longer (as I love character interactions), but I am looking forward to see them kicking ass together .

Totally, I couldn't imagine either. I am sure it must be a lot of pretty awful things.

I like to think she was just this creepy girl in a victorian dress who sat in a dark corner with her doll, staring at the world and frightening all the other orphans and caretakers. Then someone thought it was a bright idea to give her the strength and speed of a god.

Anyway, here's the second day:

Murder, murder, murder.

The biggest kill-count of any day.

A relatively restful night.

I'm good with some action. Thinking Kitty can leave to go home and stumble across some trouble involving one of the other heroes.

I probably won't be able to post today though. Pretty sick and not really up to it yet. Just to keep in mind, I guess.

Don't worry there is no hurry. I am only worried in how we could get kitty involved in the main plot. I still want to play with ya all, just looking for a change of setting.

Oh, I think someone said earlier that Kitty should be mistaken as a Bang Baby and taken (or at least targeted). She'd put up a good fight, but she's still a newbie. That's one way to do it.
