I see a crapton of difference. It's shorter and has less depth than the regular Slim, but appears to be slightly wider (from the front), one can see what disc is in the drive without having to eject the disc, and to me, it overall looks like a futurized and enlarged version of an old portable CD player.
Of course, I was looking at the model mockups and comparison picture on post 2, but still...

Unless the Hard Drive is 500gb minimum I am unimpressed.
I think it looks okay and everything but I'm not going to bother with when I already have a PS 3. The old slim in fact. I wonder how many they expect to sell....
