Ah, I think I get it now, silly me. I bought Weapon Upgrades x2. Already had regular Weapon Upgrades so I decided to buy another level. So what exactly does that make available to me?
"Who am I, Elisha Otis?"Anything under Tier 1 on the tables on pages 77 and 80, as well as any upgrade from the table on page 92. Everything else has to be researched before it will be available. Note that you start with a Progressive Knife MK 1 (with accompanying wing loadout) and a Pallet Gun as standard equipment.
I suggest skimming over the other sections as well, to get a idea of what weapons you may want to try and get in the future.
Also note that Evangelions have no pockets. Although you may have access to many different weapons (something Skirmishers should especially think about), you can only carry so much at once.
Finally, be sure to check the "Recycle Your Weapons!" sidebar on page 82. It may help influence buying decisions.

The Battle Rifle costs 2 WUP and the Tonfa costs 1. You've spent 3 out of your 2 weapon upgrade points, it looks like.
Alrighty! Here's everything. Hopefully done right.
"Who am I, Elisha Otis?"So far, so good. Just a couple things I can see:
Your Evangelion's stats are not the same as yours. See page 59, under Characteristics.
Tonfas do not fit in a Wing loadout. Neither do flails. A weapon needs the "Compact" quality (page 76, right column) to fit in a wing loadout. Also, note that no weapon can fit in an Ammo Loadout.
Your plugsuit gives you 2 AP to all areas except the head.
Finally, the movement and carrying capacity sections are not yet filled in. For your Evangelion, these values are on page 93. For you, you'll have to consult the Dark Heresy rulebook. (If your copy is the same as mine, it'll be on pages 212 and 215, if not look for the section on movement.)
Other than that, it looks okay to me, although the GM has the final word.
Ok, made the changes. Hopefully everything is a-ok now.
"Who am I, Elisha Otis?"Just one more thing. I suppose I should have pointed this out myself, but you do get 2D5 points to add to your Eva's Strength or Toughness, divided up however you like. (It's on page 59, but it's an easily missed sentence.)
Also, I think your Eva's BS is 51, not 46.
Looks like you're golden otherwise.

Oh right. I knew about that. Totally. Just forgot. Oops.
Also I'm pretty sure my Eva's BS is 46, since I took my pilot's BS (31) and added 15 to it like the book says.

"Who am I, Elisha Otis?"Your sheet says your pilot's BS is 36.

Oh. Derp. I forgot I took the Trained for War trait which added +5 to BS. So yeah, you're right. Oops! Fixed now.
"Who am I, Elisha Otis?"-poke poke- This still happening?
"Who am I, Elisha Otis?"Okay, sorry, I got busy with other stuff! Talulah looks great.
Now, I'll just need everyone to make their Eva in that visualizer so you guys can have tokens on maptools, I'll stat up our first Angel, and we can start!
Sweet. Here's mine◊.
"Who am I, Elisha Otis?"Blank because I missed signups closing

I ship it.
Eva Upgrades. There are three types:
Your Career starts you of with one of these. Others must be purchased with XP. Every time an Upgrade is purchased, you get one point of the appropriate type. You then spend these points to acquire upgrades.
Some upgrades cannot be acquired right away. They require specific technologies and higher research tiers, which are unlocked as the Operations Director (i.e., me) spends Surplus. Right now, you're limited to Tier 1 upgrades only, and cannot take anything that requires a specific technology.
