For the story that's currently germinating I'll be needing to do a bit of research to get it right. I've mentioned it vaguely once or twice since appearing here, so just a quick summary: Fantasy Kitchen Sink in the Third Crusade. I've already got a couple of books on the Crusades (sort of where the inspiration came from) but I don't have any from the Arab perspective, could anybody reccommend any? I'll most likely be googling this for a while but personal reccommendations always make me feel much more comfortable. Also, I really, really need to learn more about Islam, both historically and just in general, where's a good place to go for information? Any and all help appreciated :D
