Hmm, I noticed that one of the villains they didn't use for the movie (as seen in the artbook) is referenced at about 0:21 on the bottom left.

Huh. The characters look way better in 2-D than they did in the movie.
Like different strokes for different folks and all but I definitely prefer the 3D of the movie. I'll accept this because making the entire show in the 3D style of the movie isn't possible and would probably be too expensive to do but I can't see how this is better.

I prefer the 3D versions of the characters, but I don't think they look too bad here. Does kind of have a Ben 10 meets Disney aesthetic.

I feel like it's a bit better because it's more comic book-ish looking. The big problem with the film was that the superhero stuff was ultimately non-important and tacked on as hell, but here? It works better. It looks more like it's trying to be a superhero series.

I dunno, personal preference I guess.

ben 10 was the first thing that came to mind, and yeah the 3D is better, but remember that not every show has the same budget to afford really nice visuals

Give it the benefit of the doubt until then

Didn't Man of Action make both the original comic book Big Hero 6 and Ben 10 or something?

[up][up] Yes, two members of Man of Action (Steven T. Seagle and Duncan Rouleau) wrote and drew the Big Hero 6 comics.

Doesn't seem like the unused Fujita Sisters concept is making it in, but oh well.

I watched the movie on Saturday, and it seemed awesome. I regret not watching it earlier. Pretty much every character was likable.

I’m actually anticipating a sequel of this movie. No, I don’t want it to be rushed & I actually want the Disney franchise to take their time so this movie doesn’t suffer from sequelitis.
