Jamie Chung is playing Gogo.

Maya Rudolph has joined the cast. No word on who she's playing.

And yes the article notes the lack of promotion for the film so far, and even the lack of announced toys or anything of that nature.

Since we know that Jamie Chung is Gogo, I'm betting Maya Rudolph will be either Honey Lemon, a female antagonist, or a supporting role.

.... they're aiming for a wide ethnic cast!

I can see her as the mother. They might want to get someone younger for Honey Lemon, depending on whether they want to play up Hiro's crush on her or not.

Maleficent is basically their first chance to get word out. The lack of any promotional stuff makes me antsy. It can't just be Frozen holding things up.

Also, the cast is shaping up quite well. I wonder who the lead is.

Remember, we only heard of Wreck-It Ralph until 5 months before its release date. ... maybe that's Disney's usual treatment of movies aimed at boys. ....... ouch.

We men ruin everything.

But seriously though, at least a confirmed cast please. We know the short that's playing before the movie but very little about the actual movie, and silence makes me uncomfortable.

The way things are going, I wouldn't be surprised if the rest of the cast is announced over the next few days.

It has been accelerating somewhat. That's why I'm thinking May.

I was right about the teaser coming with Maleficent! Hopefully we'll get the cast filled out at around the same time.

Okay, I'm convinced that Disney wants us to know nothing about this movie. Nearly everything we've learned about it seems to have been leaked.

Finally. Better than waiting for Guardians of the Galaxy. Maybe they'll still throw the trailer with that movie too for the superhero connection.

... okay now I'm getting worried.

Maybe they're still in shock over the success of Frozen and aren't sure how to handle this movie since there's an almost certain guarantee that no matter how well it does, it's going to look like an also-ran compared to the movie it's following up on .

That twitter pic is just visual gibberish ( A sound test? A 3d animation thing?), but I am glad they're going to have a teaser trailer finally. Hope that guy didn't get into trouble for posting that.

I was also figuring it would be in front of Maleficent.

They may just want to give it some space, thusly starting advertising in May.

Hm, that looks like one of those scrambled message things like the one in the Alternate Reality Game used to used to advertise Portal 2. I'd imagine the company wanted to have those released properly as part of a Viral Marketing campaign.

I won't be surprised if someone will get fired or demoted for breaking a contract here.
