I'm going to be blunt because animation is so near and dear to my heart. Daria should not be higher than Dragon Ball (although I do like both), and while I'm glad that Megas XLR is on the list at all, why wasn't it higher?
And why did they pick a number as random as 65? Don't people usually do top 100s/50s/40s/25/20s/10s? Why 65?
I liked it better when Questionable Casting was called WTH Casting Agency
I'm gonna disagree with you on Daria

Did Daria rank higher than Beavis And Butthead? Or did B&B place at all?

I personally wasn't a fan of B&B, but I know that it had a much cultural impact. Perhaps they thought it didn't stand well as a show?

I draw this comic-like thing sometimes. Why no Classic Disney Shorts? Or Phineas And Ferb? Both of those should have been somewhere...
OPEN DA DOOooOR!I would have dumped W.I.T.C.H. for Sailor Moon easily. As the writer even pointed out, W.I.T.C.H. made no impact on its target audience, but Sailor Moon made shows like W.I.T.C.H. possible. It was also a legitimate commercial phenomenon in its prime.
Hmm, yeah I wonder about that. Disney may not have always had the best shorts, but they sure made an impact didn't they?
EDIT: damn just realized my hypocrisy(okay maybe the left it off for the same reason and B&B)

Eh, its as another said, these lists are bound to disappoint someone.
Personally I'm peeved that the original He-Man and the Masters of the Universe isn't on the list. I know its mostly thought of as a thirty-minute toy commercial now (which is a pet peeve of fans like myself who watched the show and listened to the creator interviews) but it was legitimately successful, probably the first cartoon to have a fanbase outside of little kids (thus, the first to get a live adaptation aimed at adults), and was where Bruce Timm, Paul Dini and J. Michael Straczynski got their start.
Actually, screw that, I would've put She-Ra up there instead. She kicks more ass.
