First, you will want to namespace it properly. I already created the page in WebVideo/ for you; you can see it on the left. Since you're editing the page now, I can't do this, but you should replace the text on the page with:
[[redirect:WebVideo/TheWebsiteIsDown]]

The description is too long. Try making a Recap or Synopsis page instead.
Other than that, look at How To Create A Work Page if you haven't already.
