Jesse

"Nothing happens to her, silly. Friends don't hurt friends, right?" Jesse said, giggling just a little. "But she'll have to stay away from our apartment for now."

Jesse wiggled a little, rubbing herseld gently against Felicia. "You need to stay here right now because it's really dangerous out there. They can't find us here because my Servant can cloak himself, but if you bring your Servant here... well, someone like her will just attract.. unwanted attention. You understand, right?"

Meatbag

"Her name is Emilia Archibald! She's super rich, owns our company, and signs my paycheck! I've never met her so that's all I know, I swear to God!"

The soldier was shaking. "Please don't kill me," he added in, almost pathetically.

Jack the Ripper

Jack lunged, no longer truly aware of himself. He'd entered a killer's trance, and the crazy it was giving him shone in the reflection of his eyes on the glass.

He just wanted to kill her. He just had to kill her. Kill her kill her kill her kill her for Kaleb kill her kill her kill her kill her what he would've wanted kill her kill her kill her kill her KILL HER

Felicia—at Jesse's home

Somehow, it was becoming harder and harder for Felicia to think straight. And...well, what Jesse was saying did make sense. It was dangerous out there. And what had the teen actually done that was useful, anyway? Get her Servant trapped in a battle that could get her seriously injured...maybe it really was better if she stayed out of the way for a while.

The raven-haired girl couldn't quite articulate this well, though, only mumbling a quiet, "o-okay." Why was her head getting so fuzzy, anyway? Despite the fact that normally she'd have flinched away by now, somehow Felicia couldn't move. Or, at least, wasn't sure she wanted to.

Erin, E. Archwood Apartment

"Binding magecraft: Target – Signatories", Erin recited tonelessly, still somewhat disgruntled by her Servant's sudden murder of the Assassin, "The Crests, Command Seals, and Magic Circuits of the signatories are hereby commanded: Provided that the following conditions are met, this oath shall become a commandment and bind the targets without exception.

Oath:
To the signatories of this contract: regarding the co-signatory, all intentions and actions to kill and harm shall be forbidden for all eternity. In addition, if any Servant bound via Command Seal to a signatory shall take action to harm or kill the co-signatory, a Command Seal of that Servant's Master shall immediately forbid that Servant from all intentions and actions to kill and harm the co-signatory for all eternity.

Conditions:
Designate oneself as a signatory by signing below."

...and that's it,
the pajama'd woman finished, handing the scroll back to the Hassan that had first approached her, I've signed similar contracts with Magi before, on those occasions when we Executors cooperated with the Mages' Association on vampire-hunts. The only differences are the clause about Command Seals and Servants and the fact that it's worded as a permanent agreement. There are a couple loopholes in that a Servant of one of the parties could attack if the Servant's Master is completely unaware, or if the Master has lost all their Command Seals. These Assassins are as weak as all get out, though, so it doesn't really worry me. The one I spoke to has been very courteous, actually, much more polite than that one you just skewered. I'm quite certain he wasn't lying, either; I happen to be rather good at detecting that sort of thing.

Assassin, with Robin and Elias

"Wonderful!" The messenger nodded, then pointed in the direction of the island. "You see that large rock there? He's right beside it."

Over on the isle's beach, an Assassin revealed himself, facing toward them and waving enthusiastically before holding the ominous-looking book up for Robin to aim at. "Not to question your aim, by the way, but please do not hesitate to fire if for any reason you are concerned for his safety. He is prepared to die."

Gale

Gale's eye twitched a bit at the voice of yet another Assassin, however a thought entered her mind; why were there two Assassins, and why did they both refer to themselves? So that's it... huh? thought the girl to herself as she realized something about Assassin. "Shut up, Mr. Skullsface Jr.," she said as she spoke off to her side, and towards where she thought Assassin was at, "and get the hell out of here. Like I told your now-dead doppelganger, I have absolutely no interest in working alongside you."

"Besides, I have my own method of finding them... now get," murmured Gale as she walked towards Kay, and ignored any further comments from Assassin. Were she any other Master, she'd surely accept the scroll under these conditions... but she was not. To trust a Servant of the Assassin class would be foolish, especially when you know nothing of their Master who refuses to show themselves.

Saber... get off your ass, and start insulting, my patience is starting to thin. That pesky Assassin cant understand that "no" means "no".

Marcia

The turquoise-haired girl had simply stayed quiet and listened as her Servant spoke to her... each of his words striking out at her heart. Unlike him, she had looked upon her life with nothing but regret and a sense of... worthlessness. In fact, her regrets simply piled up so much, that she had even regretted being born. She opened her mouth to say something and to interrupt Sargon, but he then removed his mask... revealing the gruesomely scarred face that he had kept hidden.

Surely... with those scars, even he must have some regrets... was all she could think upon seeing his face. Though... once he spoke again, her thoughts were proven false. This man... Sargon, truly had no regrets. His aura and his presence did not waver, and he even shot off a smile, one that granted her a small amount of incomparable warmth.

With utter silence, Marcia simply watched as Sargon placed the mask back upon his face, and told her to live her life to the fullest. She was speechless. She had opened her mouth a bit in order to speak or to talk with him... but no words would come out. I have no regrets. I lived my life to the fullest, fulfilling my dream. There is nothing to regret were the only words that continued to ring in her head.

"I will..." she said after some time. "I will live a fuller life... and I will move forward... Also, thank you for everything today... I... I don't know I could ever repay you..."

Thinking to herself a bit, an small and rather silly idea came to mind. "Sargon... I think a King should be treated to something soothing, even amid chaos, no? Could... could I sing you a song?" asked Marcia nervously.

Perseus

Perseus had watched the scene before him with... interest. He was fairly curious as to what his Master was going to do with Felicia, what her goals were, and just how she was going to achieve those goals. To be honest, he wasn't really too sure where all of this heading, but he was certain that he would either regret it greatly or love it dearly. He was leaning a bit towards the former... though the latter was a possibility, since his body and his Bravery skill were both confused on whether or not he should be aroused at this current situation.

Walking over, he took a seat upon the couch, and calmly kicked up one of Jesse's treasures with a rather interested and amused look upon his face, and caught it swiftly with his hand before it could crash into the floor.

"Master... are you always this seductive when you find something you want? I do understand that things you do not have are desirable things," he said as he nodded at Felicia, "but the poor girl looks as if she's going to faint if you go any further... though, by all means feel free to continue... this is proving to be quite entertaining," spoke Perseus as he finished speaking, and with a mischievous and warm smile upon his face.

Life truly is wondrous... hummed Perseus mentally to himself.

Last post in quite a while.....

Augustus

He cursed again. He didn't think that he'd be forced to fight so soon. Well, at least the enemy wasn't planning on a battle to the death just yet. Small mercies he supposed. He had to fight smart. He was a Saber, but his stats were a bit...lackluster.

"Fine. I accept. Your move first."

Kay

Damn, they didn't even get any information. Well, he supposed that it was best to follow the Master's instructions.

He jumped onto the next roof, and the next and so forth screaming insults too unspeakable to write. (Most of which pertaining to the size of the women's breasts....)

Jesse

Jesse hmmed happily, topped off with a cute little giggle. "Ignore him, Felicia. He's just grumpy because he doesn't get to have me all to himself anymore."

She got up, and circled around the chair to kneel in front of Felicia, and gently cup her cheeks with her hand. "I'm going to be counting on you from now on, Felicia. My name's Jesse. And as long as we're together, what's mine is yours, and what's yours is mine. Okay?"

Jesse smiled, and got back up. "Feel free to walk around a little. There are plenty of spare rooms, so pick whichever one you want. Or mine, if you prefer," she said, straddling the line between subtle teasing and blatant flirting harder than anyone she knew ever had before. Leaving poor Felicia dazed and confused, she returned to Rider, waiting just outside of earshot.

Well that worked like a charm~

Bedivere

It's a peace treaty? Surely there must be more to it than that. What do you know about the man who made these?

Bedivere was concerned. He was a loyal and just knight, meaning it was his job to sniff out betrayal when it reared its ugly head. This whole scheme just reeked of some saboteur's devious plotting...

Emilia Archibald

Emilia laughed. "You're right, you're right. But I am reassured nonetheless. It puts my mind at ease to know I have someone like you at my back, Enkidu."

She placed a hand on his shoulder. "Come then. Let's return home. There's not much to be done here." She looked up at the ruins, a hint of her rage crackling up to the surface. "Not anymore."

Felicia

Felicia did indeed remain dazed and confused for a good half minute, a reddish tint appearing to become a permanent fixture on her face. Once Jesse was out of her personal space, though, it was easier to think, and she started going over the conversation in her head as she wandered around the apartment.

...how did she know my Servant is a woman?

She stopped, looking with mild interest at a lavish room that was probably Jesse's.

Robin Hood

"Believe me, sir. He could be balancing a nut on his forehead. I wouldn't scratch him either way" says Robin, putting one arrow on the string of her bow and pulling back with incredible strength... making the magical wood of her bow bend under the strain, the taught string to stretch with the pressure. Yet the bow didn't wobble or shake at any moment.

Robin looked far, her precious green eyes focusing over the distance, far, far away until she could see the Assassin holding the book as if he was standing two meters away from her. And then, she saw past him... until only her target remained in her sight. She saw into the immediate future... seeing her striking the target, knowing her arrow will hit true. Only then, once striking the target became a certainty did she adjust her aim to make that future come true.

Thus, Robin let go of the string without any worries. The fate of her shot had been decided seconds before.

Enkidu

Seeing the ruins, Enkidu agreed. As gently as possible he once again carried Emilia "Where to?"

Erin, E. Archwood Apartment

Ah. Keep in mind that there could just as easily be a woman behind this. It wouldn't do for us to eliminate half the possible candidates by assuming the Master is male, Erin replied as Kay started shouting. She sounded like she was deep in thought.

In any case, I don't know any more about the person in question than you, although I can make a few educated guesses. Assassin is extremely weak, so his Master probably hopes to use our alliance - yourself, Kay, and the King, I mean - as some sort of proxy. Judging from the fact that we were approached with these contracts before any other interactions, the Master is probably either unskilled in combat, afraid for his or her life, or simply an extremely cautious and risk-averse individual. All of that perfectly fits the profile of the sort of person who would summon Assassin, as well.

The Black Knight

The Black Knight was pushed back by the king's assault, momentarily losing footing. Where did this determination come from?

As she continued to be forced back, she could only grit her teeth and look for an opening. She had to be calm about this. It was not her strong suit, but she could only win against an opponent who was her equal if she kept a level head. Then she heard the voice of the blue knight from earlier. And he was mocking her breasts.

Rage does funny things to people. Some just keep it inside, cooking it like a grenade. Others are more immediately explosive. The black Saber was the latter.

"YOU SON OF A BIIIIIIIITCH!"

The black Saber lept out of the way, and immediately charged towards the source of the noise.

Lancer (Vlad Tepes), The Beach

"Her name is Emilia Archibald! She's super rich, owns our company, and signs my paycheck! I've never met her so that's all I know, I swear to God!" "Please don't kill me,"

"Not enough."

Lancer answered in an indifferent tone.

"What about her appearance? What else does she owns? Those things should be generally known if she is so rich and powerful."

He looked at the soldier with complete detachment. There was no emotion or recognition in his gaze – nothing that would imply that Lancer was looking at another living being. Just... void.

"What about your company? How many other mercenaries are on field? Can you contact them? What other objectives was they sent to fulfill?"

Joseph Vlkov, Suffering from the worst wake-up method EVER

"Rrrnnggg, Joseph wake up! Wake up, damn you!"

Owww!

Being shaken by Servant-level strength was enough to wake you up even from coma. That or it would just kill you. Typically for Joseph, death was far too merciful, and it just made him to suffer even more. Slowly propping himself on the bed, he moaned as the mother of all headaches announced herself as he fully woke up. He blinked and tried to focus on his tormentor. It took several seconds before he was successful enough to realize that the person shaking him was Khan.

"What the hell happened?"

He asked her in an utterly miserable voice.

Rider (Odysseus), Archwood City

"Fine. I accept. Your move first."

Odysseus grinned.

"Good, good!"

He brandished his short sword, and without any further word charged at Augustus, swinging it in wide, vertical arc.

Daniel Ibn-Ezra, Archwood City

Meanwhile, Daniel slowly climbed up on the roof of the building, overseeing Odysseus and his new foes, with intent to observe ensuing battle.

Part of it was curiosity: In his last fight, Odysseus didn't really do much against Servant and targeted the Master instead - and she simply had to witness with her own eyes his battle against Servant. Part of it was security: This time, she wanted to be close enough to her Servant so that he could immediately react if she was threatened again. And part of it was...

She grasped several still-living branches that she harvested from tree before she ventured here.

...Part of it was pure calculation. She could not affect the battle between Servants, but with a bit of luck, she could strike down enemy Master with her magic, once her Servant was distracted enough by Odysseus.

Yami, Ready to Purge the Fires of Archwood!

"Then I shall... Master," spoke Yami as she closed her eyes... and stood perfectly still. Extending her hand in front of her, the blade of a sword slowly began to emerge itself from the palm of her hand. Soon enough, the entirety of the sword had emerged, and was now being gripped by her. The sword itself... was nothing less that beautiful.

It was something of a cross between a nodachi and a greatsword... with designs that looked almost divine. In fact, the sword itself was almost as big as Yami... yet she was holding it as if it were nothing. Its presence also felt unusual... for its aura felt just like Yami's.

Taking a stance, and facing towards the East, the draconic Servant lifted the sword into the air as its blade began to glow a light green color. And then, the clouds, wind, and waters all stopped. "Manaka... please hold onto Caster-san tightly... I do not want you to be carried off by my Noble Phantasm..."

With those words, Yami slowly opened her eyes... which were now more serpent in nature, and were glowing a bright crimson color. "Kusa-" spoke Yami as she started to swing her sword, which was glowing even brighter than before. "-nagi!"

With those words, her sword had finished its swing... and yet, nothing had happened. However, the clouds started to gather, and the waters began to stir faster and faster while a strong gust began to wash over the city of Archwood and into the city of De le Mancha. And then, a loud roar erupted from the skies, one loud enough for all to hear.

The rain began to fall faster and faster unto the cities like a volley of arrows ... almost as if they were being fired straight from the heavens themselves; they even doused the flames of the Atlas tower and all other buildings in an instant because of their downpour. The strong gusts of winds that felt as if they belonged to a tornado were breaking the glass and windows of everything that stood in their way, moving even cars. The clouds roared with thunder, and the streaks of lightning could be seen high above as the waters from all over began to ripple and stir.

"Master... this is my Noble Phantasm; a weapon which is capable of controlling the storms of Gaia themselves... and weakening all Servants. With this Noble Phantasm, there is no hero who is capable of being faster than me," spoke the Servant as she stood perfectly fine, and as the wind and rain had no affect on her. "Let's go, Caster, Manaka... the hunt has just begun."

And with those words... The Servant known as The Hero-Killer charged straight towards the Atlus Building.

Perseus

What worked like a charm? said Perseus to his Master telepathically, and as he narrowed his eyes at her, Me kidnapping the girl, or you seducing her into being one of your new toys? I swear, is mating with people all you think of?

"Don't mind her," said Perseus as he turned towards Felicia, "she's just horny is all." Smirking a bit, the Servant spoke again, "Heh...get it? She's horny because she's horny and because she has horns..." said Perseus as he pointed towards his Master's horns... giggling like a schoolgirl at his own joke.

He continued chuckling, before suddenly stopping as his face grew incredibly serious. The always smiling Servant had stopped smiling. Standing up, he quickly stood in front of both Jesse and Felicia... right before the windows to their apartment shattered instantly. Smacking the shards of glass away, and protecting the two Masters, Perseus stared intensely through the windows, and at the powerful storm outside. It was... vastly different from the storms that he had encountered in life.

"This is no ordinary storm Master... this is the work of a Noble Phantasm, and a very bold Servant and Master," spoke Perseus as he materialized into his 'Assassin' outfit. We'll have to save messing around with the Master of Saber for later... for we have a rather serious problem. This Noble Phantasm has drastically lowered my speed and I don't think I'll... no, I take that back. No Servant will be able to fight properly as long as this Noble Phantasm is in affect. Jesse, what shall we do?

He paused a bit.

Actually... what shall I be doing? Since I think I already know what you are going to be doing... he said to Jesse as he eyed Felicia... and as some fantasy-like ideas entered his mind... before he shivered at the thoughts.

Jesse

Jesse flinched, but Perseus protected her from the glass with a swipe of his hand. "Oooh, my hero~" she said teasingly.

Approaching the shattered window with some slight trepidation, Jesse poked her head outside. The whole sky was lit up. Like cotton candy wrapped in christmas lights. Winds were roaring, rain was plouring. It was a regular ol' humdinger out there as they said in the frontier days.

"Well, it doesn't look like we'll be going anywhere for a while." I guess we'll just have to find other ways to entertain ourselves, eh Percy~ she said playfully. If you really think you know what I'm up to, why not be a good Servant and help your Master out, hmmm?

Emilia Archibald

"For now, we're going to meet up with that contact of mine. He lives somewhere nearby."

Emilia was going to go on, but was interrupted by the wall of wind which crashed into her, knocking her back into Enkidu.

"What the hell?!" she yelled, trying to speak over the roaring winds.

Soldier

The CO almost wet himself, then chuckled. "What does she own? She owns fucking everything, man! Us, this city... Hell, half the nation's economy depends on her. She's got our company and our comrades in her pocket. Paying 'em off with enough money to build a mansion out of gold. They'll be coming after me now, I guess..." He said this almost contemplatively, as if the possibility hadn't occurred to him before.

"Hey, could you do me a favor?" the soldier asked. "Make it quick. It'll be better, and a lot more dignified than what they'll do to me if they catch up to me."

Genghis Khan

Kay

He spotted something in the distance. Something that streaked like a black comet whilst screaming murder. Well. It actually worked. He drew his sword and prepared to meet the Black Saber head on.

Augustus

A storm?! Torrential winds whipped the battlefield, scattering various debris onto the two combatants. This was no ordinary storm. This felt like a Noble Phantasm. Worrying, but he had a situation right now.

Augustus backstepped as the enemy struck, the sword slightly grazing his chest. He counterattacked, stabbing his gladius towards the enemy's head.

Caster

She laughed.    "That was great. Well, let's go follow her Goshujin-sama! I don''t want Saber to hog all the fun~!

Roosevelt, nearing archer's peak

"Oh dear." Was all Roosevelt said as the storm began. "Lighthouses have basements, we can hide there. Let me... Just..."

As the windows of... Everything... Exploded around them, Roosevelt weaved through traffic, using the cars and their unfortunate passengers as shields. Archer's Peak was looming ahead, for sure. The ascent would be no problem, but getting there seemed to be causing Archwood City itself to just fall apart.

"What does she own? She owns fucking everything, man! Us, this city... Hell, half the nation's economy depends on her. She's got our company and our comrades in her pocket. Paying 'em off with enough money to build a mansion out of gold."

"You do a good advertising for her, at least."

Lancer commented dryly as a massive thunder roared in the skies, followed almost instantly by a relentless rain. Lancer frowned. The rain was obviously magic, on the level of Noble Phantasm, as the torrent limited his mobility in annoying way, despite him being a Servant. But it didn’t look that it was used to inconvenience him, specifically: The whole Archwood was engulfed by that storm. So again, he decided that it was not his business. He refocused his gaze at the soldier. This was his business at the moment.

"So how does she look? That incredibly rich and scary woman?"

Joseph Vlkov, His "base", Redrock Town

"The capital's been bombed! We're not safe here right now, Joseph. We need to go. Now."

"What?"

Joseph asked before he clutched his head. The pain was hellish and prevented any kind of clear thinking rather efficiently. Still holding his head he peered at Khan with irritated gaze.

"Slower please! And not so loud please. The last thing I remember is my contract with… Diomedes, I think? How long was I out? What happened that warranted such a brutal wake-up call?"

Rider (Odysseus) Archwood City

The torrent of rain and wind hit Odysseus as he finished his charge, and made him almost too slow to block the counter-attack of his enemy. He quickly leaped back to create bit of a distance and reassessed the situation.

The storm was magical in nature and almost certainly a product of Noble Phantasm considering its volume and its sudden appearance. (He idly wondered how was Circe up there holding up. This was not a nice weather for flight). Additionally, the wind and rain fought against every moment he made as if they had their own mind, effectively snaring him. He grinned and nodded at Augustus, daring him to attack. This was rather interesting occurrence and he was curious how would his foe adapt to it.

"So...What class are you anyway? I tell you mine, if you tell me yours."

Odysseus was definitely not someone who would stay silent during a fight.

Circe

"Heh. Having some trouble down there, old friend of mine? Do not fear! If you need someone to bail you out, I, the great and powerful Circe, would be more than happy to-"

A gust of wind buffeted Circe's staff, overpowering its magically sustained flight and sent her flying face first into a nearby wall.

"Owwww..."

Soldier

If I tell you, will you get it over with? I don't wanna be around when she finds me. You can leave the others if you want."

The soldier was dead serious. He'd seen what happened to deserters even before he'd been hired by Archibald. He'd be lucky to die.

The Black Knight

The black Saber slammed into the roof with a burst of dark light, sending a shockwave of dust out from around her. She got up, a look of absolutely indignant rage painted across her face.

"You bastard! How dare you pelt me with such low insults?! I'll let you know I am a comfortable E-cup! See?!"

Too caught up in the moment to realize how dumb this was, Saber dematerialized her armor, revealing a sweater and skirt that showed off her admirable figure.

Assassin, Harway Residence

Totally unaware of Jessica's conversation with her Servant, the female Assassin had picked herself up and was now glaring down at the blonde, hands on her hips. "Hmph!" As if she was dealing with a particularly troublesome child, the Hassanette crouched down and picked up the Master with surprising care, laying her back down on the couch so that her head was resting on a pillow.

"Don't you dare think about going back out tonight, Missy!" the odd spy demanded, crossing her arms, "You are staying put! Now, where do you keep the blankets around here?"

Skies Over Archwood

"Fine, fine!" the Assassin held up a hand defensively, "I'll get out of your hair. I'm just supposed to deliver a message. My Master wants you both to know that there are a series of forces convening to destroy the city. You've already seen the trouble in the Northwest and the bombings of the Atlus building. We're pretty sure both bombings were by the same person, actually. In any case, there's a third threat to the city, which consists of an extremely disturbing Master whom we've decided is very much unhinged, and her two Servants, a Saber and a Caster. We're quite certain that they intend to engage in total, wanton destruction, without any regard for rules, civility, or collateral-"

"And you want us to kill these people?" Charlie interrupted sharply

"Er... Well, yes. But I'm not lying about anything! He said you would know!"

"Yes, I may know you're being honest, but that doesn't mean you're correct. We're not going to attack anyone based on your gut feeling. I refuse to do anything you're suggesting until you can provide evidence."

"But-!"

"No exceptions! Off with you!"

"Okay, I'll go! I can see when I'm not wanted!" Grumbling in annoyance, the Assassin dematerialized into spirit form.

"Alright," the detective sighed tiredly, kneading his temples, "Let's just go ahead and check out the area in the Northwest, Rider."

As if to mock his decision, the clouds below began to twist into a cylindrical, swirling shape. Although he'd never witnessed one in person, the Master knew enough to realize what was happening. "A hurricane now? Really? Really?"

"You see? I told you so!" the Assassin, who had merely re-concealed himself rather than leaving, howled over the chaos of the storm underfoot, "I told you! It's them! It's their doing!"

"Oh, shut up!" Charlie growled, spinning around to backhand the spot the voice was coming from.

"Nnnnnnnnnoooooooooo!" the masked spy screeched, tumbling over the edge of the craft and into the storm wall.

"That felt... good." The silver-haired man let out a breath and regained his composure. "Ravana, how well can Pushpaka withstand winds like those?" he asked, nodding toward the roaring mass beneath them.

Lancer (Vlad Tepes), The Beach

If I tell you, will you get it over with? I don't wanna be around when she finds me. You can leave the others if you want."

"Are you familiar with an execution by impalement? It is something from era long past, but I think that one can always learn a bit of history. The victim was lowered onto a sharpened pole, until the sharp end did not come out of the mouth. It seems to be really crude and barbaric method in compared to more sophisticated methods of executions and torture, but it was said that true masters could make the impalement so precisely that those poor souls would survive in excoriating pain for almost three days, without receiving any medical attention. There is some beauty in crudeness, I feel."

Lancer spoke in completely uninterested voice, as if he was giving a long lecture to the hall full of bored students. He paused before adding another sentence in a tone usually reserved for off-hand, unimportant curiosities:

"For the record, I routinely managed to keep them alive for longer than a week."

He smiled at the soldier.

Cut the chatter and describe her appearance. Please.

Joseph Vlkov, His Base, Redrock Town

"That."

"Yes, but what is that?"

Joseph moaned, almost unintelligibly as a sound of raging storm outside filled the room. He finally regain some measure of his usual acumen and realized what was Khan talking about the whole time.

"Wait, you want to relocate our base in this weather?"

Daniel Ibn-Ezra, Archwood City

Daniel was completely pinned down by the sudden storm. The roof she was on did offer a perfect view on what was happening down below, but it also offered no protection against wind. Or rain. In this situation she could only dream about influencing the battle down below. Heck, she couldn’t even see it.

Just as she was pondering on the quickest way down on the street and into some cover, she heard a wet “thud” as something crashed into a wall of a nearby building. She hesitated for a moment, but only a moment: If she couldn't help Odysseus, she would at least keep eye on suspicious occurrences that could interfere in his battle. Filled with curiosity she edged closer to investigate.

Arthuria

...Oh Kay... Stupid Older brother... still you might have assured our victory

With that thought, Arthuria chased right after the Black Knight, pausing only for a second in surprise at the suddens storm before resolving to move on. The safety of her Master depended on the vanquishing of the Dark One.

And then she found her opponent dispelling her armor away...

Enkidu

"A Noble Phantasm, Master... one that limits mobility a fair bit. The Servant responsible is heading for the ruins" says Enkidu as he takes hold of Emilia, shielding her a little from the winds with his body.

Robin Hood

"Alright, now that is done... We should get going unless you have something else to say, skulls" says Robin right before the storm hit "... Now what's up with that?"

If I'm sure of something it's that I'm not sure of anything.

Perseus

Glaring over towards his Master, Perseus sighed a bit before giving off a slightly annoyed look. Master, as much as I would love to help you out with that situation, I'd prefer to not be a... oh what would you call them... ah, 'boy toy'.

Further more, began Perseus as he walked over towards Jesse and looked out the window, This storm is not showing any signs of stopping. Whoever the Servant is either has a lot of Mana, or has a very resourceful Master... We'll need to be a lot more careful until we defeat them for I wont be at my strongest.

Though, he said as he turned towards Felicia, if you can seduce our new little friend here into forming a more stable alliance with us, I suppose I could do whatever you ask of me, even if it kills me.

Felicia

Felicia let out a small shriek, remarkably composed under the circumstances (for her) when the storm hit the area. She relaxed slightly when it was evident that they weren't actually in much danger, then frowned as she realized this storm must be affecting everyone outside.

Hey, miss Arturia? Are you alright? Is it storming where you are?

Noah — With Roosevelt

"AAAH!" Noah cowered as she pushed herself against the Servant's back. Shards of glass fell upon her but they didn't cut her. It was like rain that dispersed upon contact. "Please..." then the hard rain came. Was it the end of the world? Was it because she had to participate in the Holy Grail War?

The raw emotion built up inside Noah's body and finally burst. The girl began to cry, "I don't want to die... Rider, I don't want to die!" her voice was as shaky as her resolve.

"I just want.. I just want to live, Rider, that's all! I... I'll do anything to keep my life... w-what do you think you can do?"

Introverted yet she was terribly afraid to die. A pure contradiction.

Iskander — With Mirai, Above Atlas Tower

"Whooooa!" Iskander pulled the reins back as the bulls stopped their descent. Lightning arced from the chariot as it came to a halt. "Hm..." his eyes narrowed as he surveyed the Noble Phantasm. "Girl." he said as he placed a hand on his Master's back. "That storm is a Noble Phantasm, and it's because of that I feel slow."

Rider cracked his neck in a circular motion followed by moving his shoulders. "I have an idea, Mirai." Rider said the name of his Master as he looked toward the battlefield with distant eyes. "I'll use my Noble Phantasm here to silence the effects of the storm and to make my proposal." the bearded warrior grinned with anticipation. "Will that do?" he asked his Master as a matter of course but he probably already knew the answer.

Jeanne — Vs. Jack the Ripper, Archer's Peak

"Mad warrior." Jeanne's sword began to glow as it dispersed into white prana. Soon a spear formed in her hand with a long red banner attached to it engraved with the words "O Lord, I entrust this body to you— "I shall put you out of your MISERY!" the Servant continued to dodge Berserker's attacks even with her hindered speed.

Wait..., the Noble Phantasm that harmed each Servant as it diced their Speed parameter. It did nothing to their strength. So if Jeanne was right—

The Overseer pulled the lance back with one hand. All in an instant she violently tossed it forward. The tip of the lance spun as it closed in on Berserker. It all happened not even in a second.

The tip of the weapon raced through the air as it closed the distance in an effort pierce through Jack's neck.

Sargon of Akkad — With Marcia, Brunhild Bridges

"Feeling as though you owe me for things I would have done otherwise is nonsense. You owe me nothing—" Sargon said as the storm came to life. It tore through the skies as it put out the flames from the bombs detonated earlier. "Phew, looks like there's some sort of distaster going on down town." the man said with a frown.

"But I feel we are safe, so please— go on with your song Marcia. I will hear your voice." the Armament of Akkad appeared in the air. Swords, bows with drawn back arrows, shields and lances all appeared in the air facing into Archwood City. If any sought to escape the hell hole, they would indeed have to pass by the powerful Sargon.

Manaka — With Caster, Heading Toward the Atlas Building

"Ahahahah!" Manaka smiled as the rain fell upon her face and her body. It was truly a joyous experience. The pure death that radiated from Yami was amazing, like a gift on Christmas Eve.

"Go Caster, Faster, faster!" Manaka said as she gripped tightly onto the altered Servant.

Nero — With Yuna, Atlus Building

The fires had already been put out by the raging storm created by the Noble Phantasm Kusanagi. Now that Yuna's purpose for even going over there had been eliminated they had to reason to be there. "Praetor, we should leave now. AS much as it angers me...", Nero's eyes turned to slits as she eyed dragon that made her way toward the destruction.

So it's her., Nero immediately discerned that she was uneffected by the rain. However, she had to get her priorities straight. Saving her Master for one. "This way!" the red Saber grabbed her Master by the arm to keep her from blowing away along with the fierce winds. Afteward she darted for shelter in a dark alley.

NEWS STATIONS

All around there is information of all of these mysterious incidents going out. Two terrorist bombings and the out of whack weather. The destruction going on through out the city. There was no way in hell this was a gang war. The world of magic unseen by the mortal world slowly began to unravel itself. It was as if Armageddon had been compact into the size of a small island which went by the name of Archwood City.

Albert Harway — Harway Residence

A large man with blonde hair, a small beard and piercing blue eyes made his way into the living room where his daughter was asleep. He saw the Assassin but he was completely unphased. "Assassin, could you please show yourself out?" the man said as he took a seat on the chair in the middle of the room. He rocked back and forth as he leaned forward, grabbing his class of wine. He took a sip and he was still completely disinterested in Assassin's presence.

What made him so confident?

Assassin, Harway Residence

The Hassanette stared blankly at the elder Harway for a moment, then palmed her face in frustration. "Ugh! I can't deal with you people anymore! I hope I never have to come back to this stupid house, ever again!" Sending Albert a rather rude gesture, she dissipated into spirit form... and then immediately rematerialized under the cloak of Presence Concealment

Meanwhile, another Assassin finished climbing his way to the roof just next to Archer. "Hey," he greeted, "your Master's creepy-ass father showed up. You should probably get down there, or something. I'll be sitting here, pretending to be some kind of great master assassin instead of a glorified messenger-boy."

Evander Barthomeloi, Under Brunestudland

Standing before the two-way communication mirror he'd affixed to the wall of his lab, Evander chanted the code for a certain corresponding artifact, then crossed his arms impatiently as he waited for it to connect or fizzle into static. There was no guarantee the signal would be able to reach out of the island, considering the prana-dense storm, but he had to try.

Come on, Lorelei, answer promptly, for once in your life...

Sun Wukong, Near Atlus Building

"Ahoy! Here comes one now!" The Monkey King and his pupil stood atop one of the still-standing skyscrapers downtown, watching Yamato-no-Orochi from a distance as she barreled in their direction. They'd headed toward the smoldering ruins of the Atlus Spire in search of powerful opponents, but Enkidu had scared them all off, and then left himself before they'd gotten there. What a jerk.

"Well, she's not as tingly-good as that guy from earlier, but I'll take what I can get! And I get to fight in this weather!" He gestured at the storm-clouds and howling winds, apparently genuinely pleased with the hostile environment. "Ain't life grand, Apprentice?"

Aaron Skyfield

"What was that?" muttered Aaron. There was a presence on the beach. It had appeared out of nowhere, there was also some unusual magic energy coming off near it. At once, he stood and ran out of the mansion, running directly towards the presence.

Diomedes, King of Argos

"Khan, I agree with our Master," Diomedes turned and looked back outside at the storm. "Relocating now would be more dangerous than staying put."
