Hmmm.... I don't think so, because that was used with a shield and Eric fights like a dual-wielder. Also, the shot they used for the snap in both scenes seemed really similiar to me.
I did think it was a bit weird that Eric never goes for more sonic gun-like weaponry later on, considering he has very little familiarity with the Wakandan close combat weaponry. Like, the suit sure, but I'd think he would have grabbed a sonic cannon as well.

"And when the last law was down and the Devil turned round on you, where would you hide, the laws all being flat?"He got sentimental?
Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.Shuri or some T'Challa loyalists could have hidden them from him.
So Chadwick Boseman was the host of SNL last night where he played T’Challa in the Black Jeopardy skit. And well...see for yourself.
I kinda want this to be an extra on the Blu-Ray.

Why do channels do this bullshit?
Advertising reasons probably
Forever liveblogging the Avengerscopyright bullshit too
New theme music also a boxHaving said that, I bypassed it easily enough and this is hilarious
"You don't wanna come out like the Weeknd" lmao
That was pretty hilarious. Chadwick as T'Challa is adorable.
I do love how it subtly touched on the cultural differences between African Americans and Africans. I do love when he finally caught on by the time they got to the potato salad joke.
"You don't wanna come out like the Weeknd" lmao
Phhhfffff

A deleted scene that fleshes out W'Kabi a bit
https://mobile.twitter.com/usatodaylife/status/991356183578595330/video/1
Describe it ? I can’t get twitter t load
Basically W'Kabi defends his decision to support Killmonger and his seeming lack of grief over T'Challa's supposed death. He expresses anger that Klaue was able to just walk into Wakanda and steal from them and get away with it because Wakanda was isolated and not taken seriously as a country by the rest of the world.
I believe that's the one where it expands on W'Kabi's possible motivations for supporting Erik over T'Challa, thereby making his Face–Heel Turn less unexpected and jarring.

Yeah, but it apparently didn't fit the flow.
But his motivation also falls flat when T'Challa went out into the world to try and capture Klaue.
And the reason T’Challa didn’t return with Klaue captive is because Killmonger broke him out of T’Challa and Ross’ custody.
PSN ID: FateSeraph | Switch friendcode: SW-0145-8835-0610 Congratulations! She/TheyYeah I never realised that. He’s mad that Claue got away from T’Challa so he sides witht the guy who’s responsible for that .
Who’s doing this all to get revenge for the guy who killed his parents.
Maybe he relates to Eric in that regard.
Does he know Eric was the one who did that?
T'challa kept that little detail rather close to the chest (before Eric revealed himself to the family, only T'challa and Forest Whitaker's character arguably knew who he really was).
One Strip! One Strip! The deleted scene has Okoye tell W’kabi that Killmonger stole Klaue from T’challa. W’kabi doesn’t care, because he appreciates that Killmonger killed him right away while T’challa lent him to the CIA.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure that could have been prevented if he told W'Kabi beforehand "Hey, I had Klaue but some masked dude who had a royal ring busted him out". Of course at that time he was still dealing with the confusion and shock at the fact that his father killed his own brother and abandoned his child, so it's somewhat understandable that at that point in time he wasn't quite ready to air his family's dirty laundry just yet.
That's a bit stupid on W'Kabi's part. Sure, T'Challa lent him to the CIA, but he was planning on bringing him back to Wakanda eventually to face justice there.

Note that the shortened spear was a Weapon Of Choice of Shaka Zulu and his troops. I thought it was a reference to that.
