Injustice: DC fighting games

If Justice League cartoon series could not do it I don't see how the movie will do any better.

Captain America did have a movie where he was pretty lackluster. It is where the winter solder joke regarding Captain America stealing a car comes from if I am not mistaken.

I remember seeing Superfriends, but I don't recall much of Aquaman in it.

I do remember that old PPG ad where he was all "My ability to talk to fish is of no aid to us, Wonder Woman!", though.

I don't even think the new movie is trying to "salvage" anything. They're just having him be a warrior king like in the comics, with an emphasis on the fact that he was raised by humans.

Honestly, thats what bothers me about most adaptations. They act like he was raised by Atlanteans, rather than raised on land.

I don't like how inconsistent Bizarro's backwards voice is.

Also, the voice acting strike is killing me.

My thoughts exactly, but considering what they have to work with, I'll tolerate it. At least the premier skins and DLC characters directly interact amongst themselves consistently.

It's always inconsistent though. Because if Bizarro spoke in opposites 100% of the time, it would be impossible to follow what was supposed to be being said.

I might end up using that skin a lot. The Blue K is a nice touch.

Haven't seen anyone mention this, but every character now has two new skins: "Tournament," and "Electrum." They are black/gold, and white/silver respectively, and are classified as Rare.

Nah, Bizarro's pretty straightforward. The problem is that, especially here, when his dialogue is inconsistent, he sounds like the Bipolar Hulk.

The new shaders definitely look better on some characters than others. Darkseid with the tournament shader is just a bit shinier than one of his other shaders, for example. Electrum looks pretty unique on a lot of characters though.

Decided that I'm going to pick up this game., probably next paycheck.

I have a question.These games take place In a World… where Superman becomes a totalitarian tyrant. I om wondering if his little "Pope Hat◊" is obtainable in the games?

I would say if it is not an item it needs to become one at some point in the future.

Would love to see Owlman as a premier skin for Batman.

So what characters would you like to see appear in a future Injustice game. I think it would be interesting to see the other Green Lanterns (particularity Kyle, Simon and Jessica.) and Saint Walker. As well as Booster Gold, Vandal Savage and Huntress. (also Ragna, but that more because of the interactions with the Joker, and seems rather unlikely)

Finally, you guys remember how Ed Boon held Twitter polls on having guys like Hellboy or Spawn in Injustice 2? I wonder if that's still in the cards. Or is the voice actors strike making that easier said than done?

Given that the DLC characters are all present in silhouette form on the character select screen, I think they're all locked in and likely either have lines already recorded, or will have a non-union VA once they are.

Didn't expect the Starfire arcade ending to be that effective. Makes a pre-fight exchange when Starfire wants to know if Cyborg will share a pizza with her after she wins very sad.

Gail Simone plays Injustice 2. She just DL'ed Starfire.

Injustice 2: Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe 2.

This was mildly disappointing. One MK character was fine.
