If it's promotional art I believe it's okay. We're essentially using the image to promote the game anyway.
Alos, that seems like a good image, if that's what the game actually looks like.
The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything.Promo art is made to be shown.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I'm good with the promo art.
...I'm getting an ad for Breaking Dawn, is that what I'm supposed to be seeing?
Fight smart, not fair.Jesus, no...here's◊ the direct link.
Thanks, I was having the same problem.
The image is a good one, illustrates the game, and is different to the standard cover art on work pages.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going. Here it is at wiki-size (300px width):
I'm good with that...some of the dead space around the structure could be cropped and it wouldn't hurt anything.
Well, then you'd get something like this:
I actually prefer the less-cropped one, as feels vertically stretched to me, even though it's not.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.Good point.
Then I'll try again:
+1
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Good compromise, it's got my vote.
I'm fine with either the uncropped version, or the second crop (third version). The first crop does look stretched to me also, for whatever reason.
The third version is best.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going. So, we're all in basic agreement to go with the third version, but the first version is on the page. Permission to swap?
Go for it.
Alright. Image changed, made comment note linking to this thread. Caption?
Other than that, I think that's about it for this thread.
I got nuthin' for a caption.
I'm not thinking it really needs one myself. Work pages in generally don't need one, I don't think, unlike trope pages, which are almost always improved by them.
With no caption suggestion, let's lock up and move on.
I have considered the cover of the game, but I'm not sure if it really makes it clear what the game is about because everything behind the ball wouldn't really stand out when scaled down. I know we've used non-cover images for other works.
An alternative I found is this promotional art which shows the workings of the game more clearly. I don't know what the legal implications are, though.
