So this is one of things I came up with a while ago and it just took off into a developed idea. I'll keep it barebones and relevant here.

It's a variant of the Trapped in another world trope and the Groundhog Day Loop

The main character Derrek Graymer is cast into a world, Pange, where everyone can use magic, He cannot. If he dies in this world he is revived at the last Goddess statue he last past. (Like a video game save point)

His memories that he retains, the ones he shouldn't have, are amplfied under the justification that it is a near death experience. He can (potentially) play back the events in extreme detail seemingly reliving the moments up to an including his death.

Anyone from our world that comes to this one is considered a Dimanagul (one without magic) and viewed as evil and unkillable. From the viewpoint of someone outside of the loop they would likely seem that way.

The power is a timebomb of sorts though as the memories gathered will stockpile and eventually drive him crazy if overused. This is done intentionally to make sure it isn't abused like many other GHD Loops.

This is the base concept or gimmick of the MC, and by no means is the primary conflict of the story, but seing as this site is about Tropes. I figured it's a good place to grade it.

-Thanks.
