yeah, you can basically go questing wherever you want at any level, so long as you own the content or subscribe

I'm a big Skyrim fan, but haven't played ESO. I keep trying to decide if the purchase is worth it for me.
Basically, I'd either like 1-a game where I get to interact deeply with other players, or 2-a game where I can flat-out avoid other players (basically, just no middle ground). Does the game fit into either pile?

How are the expansions for this, anyway? And can you go straight into the expansions? I was kind of interested in Blackmarsh, but I kept falling out of the early game whenever I tried this.
