It is. Heh, Kyoku is becoming quite The Nicknamer.
The voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the groundAre there any characters who aren't already interacting with someone? Hikaru could use someone to hang out with.
Avatar from http://x0whitelily0x.livejournal.com/7486.htmlMy character isn't. I could have her get lost(again) on the way to the music club and run into Hikaru if you want.
Sure, sounds good.
Avatar from http://x0whitelily0x.livejournal.com/7486.htmlMy posts up Ichigo. Hope its okay, couldn't really think of anything to post.
Okay, I have to ask...is the title of this RP a pun of Romance Of The Three Kingdoms?
Alright, I'm 50% through my finals, so I'll be able to post soon. Just waiting for Kina
Life is like a game of Mahjong. Sometimes you need to take risks if you want to come out ahead.@Aken Jizo: Yes. Any other questions?
Also, since your character was accepted, class has just ended for the first day, and the students are wandering around or going to club activities.
@Shadowbell: PM'd you about the possible club plans.
Also, going to be a bit busy the next three days, so sorry if I can't reply right away.
Danger: Intense gravimetric distortions nearby. Please reverse the polarity on your deflectors now. This is a very silly and stupid question, but do physics slide more to the realism or anime side of the scale?
@Aken Jizo: I'm not exactly sure what you mean by that, but I'd say maybe more realistic so far? It doesn't really matter too much I think, but I'd want more specifics on what you'd want your character to do to know for sure. Given the subject matter of romance, it probably shouldn't matter too much, though.
Danger: Intense gravimetric distortions nearby. Please reverse the polarity on your deflectors now.I wasn't thinking of anything in particular, I just wanted to know whether the world at large operated more realistically or if Rule of Cool and/or Rule of Funny sometimes took over. I just asked to give myself a bit more of an idea of what to expect from the setting. Thanks for answering my question.

That being said, Rule of Cool and Rule of Funny are of course acceptable if they make sense.
Danger: Intense gravimetric distortions nearby. Please reverse the polarity on your deflectors now....I know I should have had a more setting-appropriate speech in mind... but West Wing was what I could come up with, so West Wing was what Blondie did.

It's fine as is Scrounge. I, for one, am enjoying the monologue battle. Then again, I've always been a sucker for theatrics.
If anyone's wondering why Alex suddenly doesn't have any trouble with voice inflection, it's not a retcon. I've got an explanation for it.
It's kind of funny. Sufficiently advanced stupidity is like sufficiently advanced science; eventually, you find something you can't solve. That's Augustus's speech after Caesar's death, right?

Avatar from http://x0whitelily0x.livejournal.com/7486.htmlIt'd be a nice way to end it, have someone start clapping, ask if there are any good seats left.

I'll wait for Scrounge to post one last time so Hikaru's overheard two monologues—she was somewhere else up until then.

Alright. Should be fixed now.
