This is a very silly and stupid question, but do physics slide more to the realism or anime side of the scale?

@Aken Jizo: I'm not exactly sure what you mean by that, but I'd say maybe more realistic so far? It doesn't really matter too much I think, but I'd want more specifics on what you'd want your character to do to know for sure. Given the subject matter of romance, it probably shouldn't matter too much, though.

I wasn't thinking of anything in particular, I just wanted to know whether the world at large operated more realistically or if Rule of Cool and/or Rule of Funny sometimes took over. I just asked to give myself a bit more of an idea of what to expect from the setting. Thanks for answering my question.

That being said, Rule of Cool and Rule of Funny are of course acceptable if they make sense.

...I know I should have had a more setting-appropriate speech in mind... but West Wing was what I could come up with, so West Wing was what Blondie did.

It's fine as is Scrounge. I, for one, am enjoying the monologue battle. Then again, I've always been a sucker for theatrics.

If anyone's wondering why Alex suddenly doesn't have any trouble with voice inflection, it's not a retcon. I've got an explanation for it.

Don't know about the side remarks, but clapping can be arranged. I'll wait for Scrounge to post one last time so Hikaru's overheard two monologues—she was somewhere else up until then.
