I have to write a six-page report on this show for a class. I've watched three episodes, and I'm already in love. I've seen it compared a lot to South Park, but it's got a lot more heart (though it's still very topical, to the point that Western readers may need to do a lot of research to catch all the references.)

Sadly, there doesn't seem to be a single page that hosts all the episodes. (The site linked from the below video seems to be dead, and the original videos tend to be deleted by Chinese censors a few hours after they're uploaded.) I'll have to do a lot more digging to find all of them.

The best of the three. A trope page I've created. (I've troped the "38th parallel" episode and the "blow up the school" episode. I'm not sure what tropes apply to the "sunflower seeds" episode.)

Edit: If you're wondering why this is in Anime, it's because we don't have a board for Chinese animation.

Wow. Line 38 is SO infuriating for me. I guess it's an excellent episode that delivers a very concise blow at how Chinese authority these days wanna put bans over anything that either pisses them or gets taken out of context and blown out of proportion

What profit is it to a man, when he gains his money, but loses his internet? Anonymous 16:26 I believe...
