First comic, trope page.

I have no idea where this is going. It superficially reminds me of Splice, but it's on the opposite end of the scale in its attitudes towards science and humanity. And yet, at the same time, there seem to be some very dark undercurrents . . .

The art's blocky, but serviceable, and makes good use of limited color. The scientists come off as an even nerdier Phil and Dixie at first, but they're deeper than I expected. Pandora is adorable, even as we slowly realize just how weird she actually is. The update schedule's inconsistent, but seems to have settled down to once or twice a week.

Also, it has the best April Fools strips I've ever seen. The best.

It's probably the second-best webcomic I've recently read (behind Freefall, which the author has mentioned as an inspiration.) Check it out!
