Wow, that's a horrible crop job.
- Cloud has Poison status; FF 7 renders it with the character in a crouching position and glowing green.
- The yellow marker indicates that Yuffie's turn has come up.
- In front of Yuffie is a hand cursor icon, indicating the player is selecting Cloud for some action that Yuffie will take (probably a healing/antidote spell).
- Cropped off the left edge is Cid.

The main problem is that, while there are plenty of video game images that convey "poison", I don't think you could use any to convey "universal". It might be possible if you use multiple picture, likely from something other than video games, but I can't think of any specific pictures to use.
Otherwise, better to leave this page pic-less.

Not quite. That sounds more like the devs being a bit vague. Now, if there was a picture of the same poison affecting multiple targets, some of whom are clearly non-organic, then I think that would be a good image.

Heh...I just realized that I never actually set the clock the last time. Since this is at the clocking point again, I'm just gonna lock up.
Frankly I have no idea what's going on in that picture, but I'm pretty sure it's not a poison, and it doesn't look to be universal either.
