Yeah, that's not too good.
I think it sort of kind of maybe carries the meaning, to the point where it's potentially arguably better than no picture at all. Probably.
The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything. The first answer being "Oh god please!" makes it clear I think. I don't really like the picture, but I can't agree with it not relating to the trope at all.
Only the first choice fits. The rest all fit different tropes. The image would probably fit better under Checkpoint. Checkpoint Starvation really doesn't need an image.
Also, the "and for the mentally challenged" is pretty offensive.

Fight. Struggle. Endure. Suffer. LIVE.I don't think it being offensive is much of a point, as they're all different potential answer you can give, so it just depends on how you actually answer. On the other hand, that's the right answer.
The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything. It's the game trolling the player with a (fake) option for a checkpoint in a masocore quiz. It's sort of a Lampshade Hanging, though that's not entirely clear without context. The player has one life left at queston number 68, and answering wrong will send him back to the beginning.

Didn't we just start using "mentally challenged" after it was decided that "retarded" was too offensive? What are we switching to now? I need to keep up-do-date on these things. "Black" is still okay, right? Or did we switch back to "African American" again?
But, moving on, I wouldn't care if the image were removed just for not being very good.
It's more that using mentally challenged in that context seems like it could be offensive. It's like saying "Checkpoints are for the weak and physically handicapped" instead. Sure, the term physically handicapped isn't offensive (Actually, it kinda is, since it's so overly politically correct that it hurts), but the way it's being used could be seen as offensive.
I have absolutely no problem with the word "mentally challenged." Hell, I have no problem with the word retarded. It's the context relating mental disabilities to stupidity that I predict people will get angry at.
It's kinda unclear that it's so late in the game; is there a way to make the question number more prominent, or to make it more clear that this is a quiz?

Fight. Struggle. Endure. Suffer. LIVE.Dunno. I just read it as meaning stupid. People who want to be insulted will be insulted either way. People who aren't looking to be insulted probably won't see it.
The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything. At any rate, the current image would be more fitting for Easy-Mode Mockery: it tries to insult people who want checkpoints. That's not this trope, though.

Since most people in this thread don't like the image, I've removed it from the page.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!Clock's up; locking for inactivity/lack of consensus. No further action is to be taken based on this thread.
The trope Checkpoint Starvation is about large areas of the game are without checkpoints. The image, however, is some kind of joke about checkpoints in general (and elbows). That doesn't relate to the trope at all.
