Oh hey, this is the Lighter and Softer episode.
See? Panty Shots!

Nothing like a little friendly gunfire to wash away the morbidity of the last arc.
There's something insignificant written here, but because it's insignificant, you didn't read it.Revy has a fanboy, and he's cute.
Such new characters. Much wow. That one guy, "The Wizard", looks kinda like Vicious, don't you think?
I have decided that I actually really like the opening and ending themes to Black Lagoon. The ending theme was a bit odd to me; it didn't quite strike me as fitting to the show, but it has really grown on me.
That head nun sure proved that she's a mother superior! Her golden gun was so coooooooooool~
I liked it better when Questionable Casting was called WTH Casting AgencyMy favorite part of Space Dandy was black Brock Sampson Dandy. Also is just me or is Blue Exorcist much better when its about nothing and being goofy then when it has a plot and tries to be serious?
No, the comedic and lighter stuff is somewhere between somewhat and VASTLY superior to the drama, depending on the episode. Like episode 5 pretty much saved the series for me.
Yeah they obviously went for a Patrick Warburton voice.
I love how MOST of the parallel universe versions were voiced by the actors of the original ones, such as Ian Sinclair as Champion Dandy, Emo Dandy, Trucker Dandy etc.
Agreed. It was fun to hear different sides of familiar voice actors.
I liked it better when Questionable Casting was called WTH Casting AgencyI hear we're in the "fun, hilarious" Black Lagoon arc. That's a relief after the heavy vampire story. I already adore Greenback Jane, and the rogues gallery of villains going after her should be a hoot to watch.
Note: The AS website has the Toonami lineup on Monday, IE tonight, as opposed to this coming Saturday. Is this correct? Because it doesn't make too much sense to me.
Hopefully I'll feel confident to change my avatar off this scumbag soon. Apologies to any scumbags I insulted.Agreed. It was fun to hear different sides of familiar voice actors.
Joel had been squeeing about this episode for quite a while.
The V As did a fine job in that episode. Season 2 is off to a great start.
My local listings don't have any Toonami programs tonight, so it's probably a typo.
There's something insignificant written here, but because it's insignificant, you didn't read it.I just checked on my TV, so it would probably be a typo. Still, that's a hell of a typo.

We never did get that tour...
"I'll show you fear, there is no hell, only darkness." My twitter15 years already. Wow.
I found this Space Dandy thing and thought it was kind of cool.
I liked it better when Questionable Casting was called WTH Casting Agency... even though that was plugging something that has really nothing to do with Toonami, the comic looks very well done.
Amazing. I never even figured out how to do simple addition on a graphing calculator.
I wonder if Toonami has a deep, underlying plot beneath those bumpers. I know there's some sort of continuity going on, but I never really kept up with it.
There's something insignificant written here, but because it's insignificant, you didn't read it.Continuity? Yes, in spades, in the sense that the universe doesn't reboot each week and most changes to the block get explained eventually. Plot? That's a damn sight rarer, usually cropping up in "Total Immersion Events" or "TIEs", where playing a computer game during the show (supposedly) impacts the action on-screen as you're taking orders directly from TOM. There've been a couple of webcomics, too.
Maybe you'd be less disappointed if you stopped expecting things to be Carmen Sandiego movies.Preeet-ty much the only sign of continuity in all of Toonami was put into The Intrudor, and it looks like we'll get another dose of that when the second Intruder comes!
And the second comic. Don't forget that.
Long live Cinematech. FC:0259-0435-4987One of these days I'm going to track down and catch up with all of the Toonami lore that I never knew about.
There's something insignificant written here, but because it's insignificant, you didn't read it.You're only missing out on one animated prequel comic and one actual interquel comic.
Long live Cinematech. FC:0259-0435-4987Wait, did Attack on Titan and Space Dandy switch timeslots?
Oh really when?
Yeah, what's up with that? There were two instances where his flames didn't hurt his friends, but they still treated him like dirt.
As for the second one, I thought he was getting it checked out by a professional? He really needs to get that checked.
There's something insignificant written here, but because it's insignificant, you didn't read it.
