Then again Piccolo's more of his real dad at this point anyway.

Goku's really not cut out to be a father. Or a husband. He's way too selfish. It's really annoying.

Not really, if you want to argue that Piccolo sort of sees Gohan as a son, that could work. But that Gohan sees Piccolo as sort of a surrogate father, yeah, there's really nothing supporting that. Either with Gohan's behavior or their actual relationship.

That however, is pretty applicable. He doesn't really understand what those things mean, so it's not a surprise he's not particularly good at them.

Something I just thought now. Chichi is currently pregnant cause Goten is later born meaning she & Goku must have been boned at least one before he went off to his death.

I say this cause in Super it turns apparently Goku never kissed Chichi. I'm not sure how thats possoble honstly.
