Well, this is not the place. I think you're looking for Lost And Found, if you want to find tropes that may exist.
If you want to create a trope, head to YKTTW, but make sure you're not trying to create a trope that already exists.
You should probably read YKTTW Guidelines as well.

Recently, my friends and I have been using "Spam" as a way to refering to explanations that are unnecesary because we, as viewers don't need extra exposition on what's happening... I'm not sure if posting here is appropriate but I'd still want to know what tropes are related to this phenomena.
As in "You are telling me something I already know... duh!"
This kind of SPAM is mostly found in anime and Fox tv series... The kind you speed up to 2x just to get over with.
