The "Seasons" part I get, but the word "Baggage"? Noone is carrying seasons around. The word "Baggage" should be replaced with one that better matching this trope's definition.
Well, "baggage" is commonly used metaphorically, as in "relationship baggage", so "seasonal baggage" is stuff hanging off of it from previous seasons... in other words, I would have expected it to be a near-duplicate of Seasonal Rot. Not sure I like your proposed titles as I don't think they clarify the multiple definitions of "season".

There seem to be several tropes here, and most uses of it (both in the wicks and the examples) seem to be using it as a general "seasons" supertrope. Maybe we could keep Seasonal Baggage as the supertrope/index and split off the subtropes? Seasonal Symbolism seems like a better name for that, though...
Anywhere, here are the tropes I see from the description, the examples, and the wicks:
- Seasonal Motif: using seasonal imagery to suggest tone, mood, or personality
- Seasonal Sections: a work split into distinct parts, each taking place in a different season
- Seasonal Montage: showing the passage of time by showing different seasons passing, usually of the same location or object (eg, a tree flowering in spring, leafy in the summer, dropping leaves in fall, and snow-covered in winter)
- Stock Seaons: using stock imagery to represent the seasons, even with it's incorrect for the climate (eg, showing leaves changing colors in the fall even in a tropical climate where that doesn't happen).
