But I wonder why my family still bothers to vote in this election, since Gerrymandering has made it so Versailles's UMP vote outweighs our towns' in two different circonscriptions.

Please note that due to the way the election is set up, those percentages are mostly meaningless : there's a possibility of the PS getting more than half the seats on its own, and of the FN getting zero despite their 14-ish% score.
