Usually you ask a mod to close the crowner, but with this crowner status (14-0 while second is only 3+, and it's stable) I'd say we can go ahead with a rename.

Done and done, moved laconic and updated indexes. However, due to its history of rampant misuse I took a very blunt axe along for the job, and probably left some Splash Damage behind me.
