Mall Fight

sounds like a dirtbike outside the construction store...

I quickly attach a hook to the end of a chain using a carabiner, then peek outside the store.

the dirtbike lays on its side, wheel spinning as it sputters quietly.

Carefully, I start to strafe out of the store, not getting closer to the dirt bike. I look past it.

there's nothing off in that direction....

I look behind me, then slowly walk to the dirt bike.

The dirt bike is the least of your worries; you can hear someone running at you from behind!

I quickly swing around, the chain/hook arcing towards whoever is running towards me.

Yeah that sucker just got mashed in the head.

That pink-haired fuck from ages back goes sprawling.

Loot whatever that person has on them.

Not much, just clothing, goggles, and a respirator.

the goggles aren't airtight, even.

"What were they even trying to do?"

I run over and get on the dirt bike, and rev it a bit.

"Nice."

bike's patched together itself, but it runs...

elsewhere, one person with a fixed idea wakes up in the cafeteria, and runs off.

I put the chain on one of the handlebars, then start to drive through the mall.

This person dodges through the mall, easily avoiding the now-biking skiller...

I find what I need at the hardware store and creep my way back towards my base with spear in hand.

Being paranoid at weird times comes in handy apparently, because i take a quick glance over my shoulder. If Faust is hidden or quick enough, though, I'm probably not going to see them.

I'm still walking back to base. Man it sure is taking a while.

The person followed Daydre back to the base.

I don't go inside, instead kneeling down and drilling two holes into the ground on the store's doorstep.

Note that the chicken wire is still covering the opening.

The person quietly makes their leave...

I take a metal U shaped thing (I'm not entirely sure what it's called) and hammer into the holes I'd drilled.

The person makes their way to another store, collecting a few things through different aisles...
