Toys menu

Okay, so on the dropdown menus on the left side of the wiki, you have troperville, tools, and toys, right? And you can only have one open at a time. But the tools menu is really long, and the toys menu is really short. So if you have the tools menu open, and then you scroll down to expand the toys menu, the tools menu snaps shut and the toys menu that you just expanded disappears up to the top of the screen, so you have to scroll back up to see it. And that's kind of awkward.

Could be easily fixed by moving Toys to the top, or by allowing multiple menus to be expanded simultaneously.

Not an issue anymore; locking.
