Quick addendum: Missing White Woman Syndrome

I just posted "that's a good image" on the previous thread, which led to the image's approval, but if people think the text is too small, we could use this image instead and add the text as a caption:

I prefer the current pic too really. It just contains hard-to-read text that could convey instead through a caption. We have a policy against motivational posters for that very reason.

The text of the old pic adds quite a lot to the pick, so
