The "What Movie Was This?" Thread

Apologies if a thread like this already exists. I've noticed topics popping up every now and then of people asking for help to identify a movie that they'd seen bits of but couldn't remember what it was.

I'll kick her off with one that's been chewing at my noggin...

It was a horror movie I saw as a little kid. There are two scenes I can remember:

• The first was of a big snake (a python or something) swallowing a little girl. All the viewer saw was her feet were sticking out of its mouth.
• The second was of a woman at the side of a pond at night. There were a bunch of swans/geese/ducks in the water, and when they cleared there was a body underwater looking back up at the woman.
