Great. I like #2. I don't think #4 says "nice" much, except that it is welcoming.

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I like #2 the best of those.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickWe have "perceived good" already with Corrupt Church (Talks good, acts evil) and Path of Inspiration (Good religion front for an evil religion)
Saintly Church was created because we were lacking a "good religion that's actually good" trope.
Speaking of which, the Church of St Eva, the one in the latest set of proposed images, is a Path of Inspiration and not an example.

I know it's not an example, but it's all I could offer. It at least looks like the trope. If we decide to go with one of the Church of Eva pics, we could probably put that fact in spoiler tags.
Shit. No, the last thing we want to do is try to pic a trope with something that's not the trope at all.
The images are Ok (maybe to text depending), but if the example is not this trope I don't think we should use it
People who aren't familiar with the source not getting it is terrible, but I think people who are familiar with the source not getting it is also serious.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Well, Path of Inspiration is imageless. Harder to picture, since you need to show it's actually evil behind the scenes. Could add a second scene from the game that shows a contrast. Do we care enough about spoilers for such an old game?

I like 2 and 4 best.

Removed bug and embiggened. Went to edit and found:

Should a similar link to this thread be added to the note?

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I think we're done here; locking up.
I think the fourth one is good. The text on it is slightly better than the first.
I also like it on a meta level since it's more or less the Ur-Example of even having a clearly defined religion in a Video Game.
