New Pokemon Void Explorers RP Thread

The Shadow Ball hit Isaac in the face, forcing him back a few steps. Trying to rub the sort spot, then remembering he couldn't because of his short arms, he retaliated by opening his mouth and letting out a Metal Sound.

"Oh no, you don´t..."
-uses Shadow Ball on Beedrill-

Holly was hit twice by Beedrills Fury attack. The Deerling responded by luanching a Leech Seed at the bug.

The Mightyena reeled under the Metal Sound, "GRAARGH!" He began firing Shadow Ball attacks at Isaac, though not very accurately due to his reeling.

The Beedrill was wrapped up by the Leech Seed and blasted into a wall by the Shadow Ball, "Uff, damn...rescue teams..."

Isaac ducked down, the attacks ricocheting off his armour and around the room. His body hurt from the blasts when he got up again, but he took advantage of the Mightyena's reeling and ran up to headbutt him.

Feeling confident for her sucess Holly turned her attention to the Migthyena. She launched a Jump Kick at the beast, hoping it would land on target.

Trying to distract it from the oncomming attack, Marcus launched a Confuse Ray at the Mighthyena.

Reeling from the Confuse Ray, the Mightyena was struck backward by both the Jump Kick and the Headbutt, and as it got up to try to fire another Shadow Ball, Ash struck it with Force Palm, ending the fight.

Now paralyzed and unable to move from the beatings, both Nihilators slumped down.

Ash demanded, "Where is the Cleffa? What did your boss want with her?"

The Mightyena sighed, "She was useless anyway, might as well tell. The boss thought the Cleffa had what it took to join the elite Shade-Scar Squad. Nobody knows what he's looking for, and you certainly won't figure it out from a few grunts. Just know he's probably gonna dispose of her, since she's worthless."

"Worthless" Holly said in rage unconsciously scraping her hooves across the ground. "No one's worthless you jerks! If anyone is worthless you are, but we're just going to round you up."

The two Nihilators seemed to consign themselves to some strange sort of fate, and both stopped speaking.

Ash looked at Holly and said, "We should keep going. We have to stop the Shadow Hand from doing anything to that Cleffa."

Holly nods silently, glaring at the grunts.

As they proceeded down a hallway, on the other side of a turn, three Nihilators seemed to be talking. One was a Drowsee, and another was a Machop, and the last slightly resembled Shadow Hand in garb and outfit, except he wore a simple white mask without markings on it.

"...I confess, I am worried for Minase...all this has really stressed him out, what with those Rescue Teams as well. We all thought that Cleffa was like us." The Shadow Hand look-a-like seemed to have a dark voice, muffled somewhat by his mask. It was not clear what he was, but he was vaguely human man sized.

The Drowsee said, "Do not worry, Junior Master. We will make sure that, in the event of it truly being a failure, that the brat is disposed of."

"...I understand. Just don't let him see what happens...the end result, that is." With that, the strange being left.

Ash listened in, "Could "Minase" be the Shadow Hand's name? Maybe he's a transformed human too..."

"Is it possible?" Holly whispered.

"Maybe...we should go after that guy that left. Maybe he reports directly to Shadow Hand...Minase...whatever."

"But the Machop and...that other Pokémon seem to be in charge of looking after the Cleffa." Isaac whispered. "S-someone at least should follow them to make sure we don't miss her."

"Alright, lets do that. The Shadow Hand can wait."

With that, Ash decided to follow after and find out about the Cleffa rather than fight his sworn foe.

Holly follows Ash looking around for any sign of the Pokemon.

Marcus followed the two while looking for other pokemon or any streams of air that might be signs of secret doors.

Isaac followed at the rear, slightly slower than the others as he concentrated on not letting his armour clink around too much.

It appeared the Machop and Drowsee entered a long hallway down to a little chamber.

Ash kept following after them, while trying not to be too loud.

Holly follows Ash trying to be quiet.
