Is there a good reason to limit this to the 2000 version? All it says in that regard is

...since Most Tropers Are Young Nerds ( and Nearly All Tropers Are Snarky), we'll be focusing on the later version

Unfortunately, I don't know enough about either version to do a soft split of the article, and list tropes for both movies.

You can hardsplit the page if you want. If you do, make sure you put the disambiguation on Gone In Sixty Seconds and redirect the main.

That is the usual method, yes. In this specific case:

  • Film/GoneInSixtySeconds1974, custom titled to "Gone in 60 Seconds (1974)"
  • Film/GoneInSixtySeconds2000, custom titled to "Gone in 60 Seconds (2000)"

(As for sixty vs 60, IMDB uses "60" for the 1974 movie and "sixty" for the 2000 movie, but the poster shots of both use "60".)
