If you have an idea, post it here and we'll discuss it, but my immediate reaction is that the trope is too general to be easily pictured.
I don't have any pics on hand. That's why I started this discussion. I have pic ideas but I don't have any pics.
I think it's picturable but yeah it's gonna be a bit tricky. We need a group of people where one obviously looks approachable/friendly.
Since this trope was made as a patch for Five-Man Band how about a star wars pic? There should be someone within six movies that can serve as this.

I'd like to see an image for this page and I've got an idea for one. Isn't there a Magic The Gathering pic we can use? Like someone leading a negiotation or a government clerk in a group of warriors? Something Mission Control-ish would also be nice.
