It works well enough for me.
I like the idea, but is that really his catchphrase? Does he ever actually say that?
I thought his catchphrase was "blah blah blah, I'm just a viewer with an opinion."
Where did you find that picture? I want to make a version that says "Just a viewer with an opinion" instead.
That's from his site and blip account.
As for the picture, it's a stock picture of the sun, through a blue filter.
Although due to his Star Trek reviews, some confused it for the planet from the fifth film.
Also, he is One Of Us. We could contact him and see what picture he would like for his page.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.I second the blip image.
I'm a skeptical squirrelWork pages don't have to have images that "say anything" about the work. My usual position is that they should simply show the work, or show whatever can be shown, whatever "face" the work shows to the world. Usually that means the cover, original movie poster, cast photo, or whatever.
Sometimes (especially for a web site or a podcast or something of that sort), that might just be a logo, and that's OK.
Jet-a-Reeno!I gave him a PM on You Tube, and this was his reply:
"An evil Janeway picture problem sums me up best. Like in the doc's holofantasy or the one that's an archaeological recreation. Of course, whatever you guy's think is best."
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.Wait, I have an evil Janeway picture somewhere.
Evil Janeway! Ok got to find a good one.
Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!Hrrrrm. Might be easier for me to put the text in a caption, since the image size on the wiki is kinda small
I think, whatever the picture, if it's evil Janway, then the best caption would be his own line, "I love Janeway! She's my favorite villain!"

Heh, I like that. If that caption's a quote, it should be in " "s.
I noted the actual quote in my previous post.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.Remember, the pic got deleted (by FastEddie himself, no less) partially because there was text over the image, so I don't think anything with an added speech bubble will fly. As for evil Janeway pics, how about the one Chuck uses at the end of his Voyager reviews, half-shadowed and whispering, "I know..."?

I'll look up "Living Witness" to see if there is a good shot of holodeck Janeway gunning down two prisoners (which is one of several reasons I want Chuck to review that one).

Okay, 9:46 in this video (when we see the flash as she guns down the woman before her) is a great shot, but unfortunately not really good quality. Anyone have access to a better version of this?
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.I've got every episode of Voyager on DVD (I just borrowed them from a friend, I swear!) Maybe tonight I'll find that scene and get a better picture of it.
"I just borrowed them from a friend, I swear!"
Actually, according to Chuck, you shouldn't have to justify stuff like that. It's those that would ridicule you that are the problem (or as I would put it "People are entitled to their own opinions means people are entitled to their own opinions").

I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid. It's not watching the series that's embarrassing; it's spending $300! on it. The people responsible for Voyager just don't deserve that money. It would be more ethical to pirate the series and then give the $300 to some dying orphans or whatever.

Okay, that puts it a little better.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid. We have a ton of images that are from comics. I can't even express how ridiculous that statement sounds.
Chuck has never reviewed that episode (Living Witness). Using it as page image is kind of disingenuous.

It doesn't matter if he reviewed it yet (although I think he did a written review, I just can't access the site now). The point is that it fits his "Evil Janeway" joke.
"An evil Janeway picture problem sums me up best."
He didn't state it had to be from one of his reviews.
EDIT: Nevermind "or the one that's an archaeological recreation", meaning that is what he meant.

Someone removed the image to SF Debris (Which I agree with, it didn't really say anything about the show) so I want to suggest a new one. It's his usual avatar with his slogan http://0.i.blip.tv/g?src=Sfdebris-poster_image454.png&w=220&h=325&fmt=jpg
Would this one work?
