I mean, he must brush and floss a lot.

So nothing for Ramlethal or Elphelt? I mean, they never demonstrate any increased strength, but once again, I'd think a Valentine would be able to dish out a lot of punishment. Or is the universal will too lazy to give them any enhanced durability or strength when it knows they may be fighting people like Sol?

Revelator's final loketests are today, along with the VA's Jack-O and Slayer. Of course Wakamoto is coming back for Johnny :V

Also, every character received revised artwork. Its the same as before, just touched up in shading and aesthetics and whatnot. Except apparently Elphet, who has a new primary pallete...she looks a lil unhinged in it.

Now I'm curious about crazier Elphelt.

Where is this art picture? I checked the site but couldn't find anything.

I'm not reaslly understanding Jack O's design. What's the halo for? It seems kind of incoherent.

Well, I think it's basically that I-No is meant to be the evil teammate, Raven is the neutral one, and Jack-O is the good one, hence the halo.

I really do hope we get SIGN Elphelt back as an unlockable, I really liked her old win poses and other animations.

Considering her idle is the same, I'm pretty sure its the same Elphet, its just related to when she went all crazy at the end of Xrd.

Looks like it.

I guess it's like Noel/Mu 12, Hazama/Terumi, and Tsubaki/Izayoi. A new form for the same character.

And suddenly her theme makes a whole lot more sense :V

In other news, STORY DUMP:

Aria confirmed as material body for Justice. Sol had no clue.

Jack-O` has Justice in her, but only a portion.

Jack-O` is a Valentine as well.

She has surge of memories when around Sol, but they aren't Aria's

She wears a mask due to having Aria's face.

Her personality is unstable, which is why she acts like a child.

Sol is suffering due to "The Flame of Corruption" in him, mostly likely referring to his gear nature.

Bedman sleeps because his body/engine would overload if he was awake.

Chronus couldn't fuse with Justice before being ripped apart.

Raven has his own model and appears in story(kinda like Sin before in the initial release) and a new character named "Tuner"

Raven is travelling with Sol, Sin, and Ram

Tuner's name is written in Kanji, wears Japanese clothing and has a bell above her breasts. Apparently is good friends with Johnny. She appears in Leo and Faust's stories and presumably Johnny's.

Apparently Revelator's Arcade modes only take place a few days after the ending of -SIGN-. And Ky has a new RTL?

I guess Raven traveling with Sol's group does make sense considering That Man being kidnapped and all. Certainly makes for an interesting dynamic. Figured that Jack-O was going to be a Valentine.

And here I was about to ask if there was any confirmation that That Man was really kidnapped or not (considering how powerful he's supposed to be, I found it hard to believe even Bedman could hold him very easily, but I guess that is the case.

He's also the one holding Elphelt in a dream. That's pretty interesting.

And Jack-O is a Valentine. Like some on the Dustloop forum have said, these guys are becoming the Murakamo units of the series.

So a new Valentine and a Raven team up. Nice.

Dunno what's that Man's situation now; doubtful he's a prisoner unless Ariels is that good.

Its the only explanation I can think for Raven teaming up with the guy trying to kill him.

EDIT: OK what the hell? Apparently Dizzy might be a Valentine too, because Crow refers to her as "a clone of Justice".

Tbh, with where the games are going now, it doesn't seem as harsh a retcon as it may seem.

I'm more surprised about Jack-O being the 'other half' of Aria.

In all fairness, that line could be interpreted multiple ways since He could be referring to Dizzy as being an inferior copy of Justice power wise, in his eyes at least. There's also the original Japanese script to take into account.

Also, if all Valentines come from Aria, and Dizzy was born from Justice through an egg, it's not so crazy to say she's kinda a Valentine too in a way.

Now I'm reminded of this post I made.

Also, hilarious bit from Daisuske's interview from EVO; when someone asked about the design process for the new characters. Apparently his team designed Elphet together, while Daisuske himself designed Leo lol.
